Blessed New Year to all of the White Tower! And thank you for making me look like a crazy person with the random bouts of snickering that I have come to be known for at work ,Kathana, Lon and Elgee *bows wait maybe kneel wait nod the head (blushing furiously) which foot goes first?!* . I have been a loooong time reader and fan of Dragonmount and the WT. I started reading the books when the first paper back was printed and was gifted to me by my brother. I don't really care to think how long ago that was. Too much of an admition of age.  :-X

 

Just wanted to formerly put myself out there and see if there's a need for any new warders, AS, hell, I'll be a footman if you'll have me. Thank you one and all.

I've already lost a toe, don't need to do it again on a blade. (farming, pick axe and no resistance from my Chuck Taylor's. Wouldn't reccommend it). I believe warder training would be beneficial to either a long life or very short one ending with "Numbers lost in training: 1"

Oh don't worry about that - there are always Aes Sedai hanging out at the practice yards ready to Heal any injuries. Just need to keep your wits about you or you might come round Bonded to someone  ;)

Elgee's comment made me think of what some sweet yet naughty novices have been up to in the Warder's Guild.

 

Don't worry Millon the Warder's will whip you into shape and help you with that tripping. I know I use to trip all the time when I first came here. I was a real klutz. However, in almost no time the effects of being here around people with grace had it's effect on me. Considering it happened before I channeled the OP had nothing to do with it. The Warders will be proud to have you I am sure.

Once you can see the whole tower don't panic! There are a lot of child boards and places to visit. The Aspie Quarters are a good place for you to get to meet the fellow Alagi and the Manshima that haven't been raised. Then get to the Warder's Guild and make your way around there. Then once you get to know those areas please come visit the Ajahs. I am in the Green Ajah and honestly can't wait for your visit! No we don't do insta bonds. We might flirt some. *grins*

Your grace befits a warder... so if you're not thinking a brown shawl would suit you, consider a fan cloak and a brown sister to match? *wink*  Not only are we fashionable (often even travel sized for your convience) but, we match just about everything with our cremey earth tone and we're an ambulatory lexicon of knowledge!  AND... we have chocolate, and who doesn't love chocolate?
