Can you tell me what makes you so suspicious of Key?  I ask because i cannot get a read on here.  Real life has her busy so she's not here much and while she posts, she has no back and forth interactions for the most part (yes I know she's had some but not enough for anything to jump out at me).  I don't like that so I'm genuinely asking.

That's just it. She posts sometimes but I can't remember a single thing she's even done this game except get on my butt for my D1 case against her. She seems to be coasting and waiting for us all to kill each other.

Is #4 also meant to encompass the mafia getting greedy? Meaning they shot without their strongman in the hopes of saving it and WIFOMing the doc into protecting elsewhere but it didn't work.

Possible reasons for no kill on N1:

 

1. Mafia holstered for lolz.

2. They shot at the Hider and missed.

3. They shot the Condemner and hit the 1x bpv.

And I still think that if dice was the real cop, mafia would have Strongman shot him. They didn’t waste any time on the doc, lol.

For this to work it would be:

 

1. Cop reveals

2. Mafia, with a Strongman shot decide to save a 100% Cop kill and RB Cop instead. 
3. Mafia chooses another player to shoot at.

 

But wait…

 

4. The Doc *also* decides to ignore the Cop

 

and…

 

5. Doc chooses the same person that the mafia put a hit on!

you’re not very good at looking at ALL options are you?

 

2 and 3 are very possible. RB renders my role useless, they think they get to kill someone and maybe hit the doc and it’ll raise questions about me. Look at all the chaos having me alive day 2 caused? We got luck with Ed making a mistake that got caught.

 

it’s also possible they took a normal shot at me thinking the doc wouldn’t believe me either and so not protect me.

 

and 5 is possible.  He’ll both Halley and I have done that 4 times in a single game.

I think dice is lying. That explains why he isn't dead imo.

 

But for the sake of argument in a world that he isn't, the scum team could theoretically decide to rb the cop and save the strongman shot for later.

 

It would be unwise and you're right in that it would also mean doc would have to protect the right person (though I think there was a town core pretty early on).

 

A lot of ifs. But I learned a long time ago that there are players that think in a very different way than me... or any kind of earthly thinking so... it's plausible if unlikely.
