dont like how he was talking about aj re: “focusing on mulitball spec”, aj did say some stuff but its been such a small amount of his focus that harping on it seems ingenuine

 

I feel like the push on aj is more trying to make us think “why would wolf!dpr go after aj?” than something legitimate, and he seems the sort to do stuff like that as a wolf

My point about REFFLECTING didn't have anything to do with Cory's opinions or play. It has to do with your reaction to his presence. Imagine going to dinner with friends to a restaurant you really like (even though it has really bad internet connectivity...). Now imagine that same dinner, but there is a Grizzly bear inside with you. You wind up paying a lot less attention to the other people and the dinner, and much more on the bear. He plays on a bit of a different level (and that's not to say he isn't a friend. He's just more of a Grizzly friend if you're scum). 

 

As far as your summary of my play goes, I think you're just flat wrong. I made a point to try and highlight anything important and to not clutter with other stuff - I said that I was going to do that. You are now arguing that it's better to speculate ( multiball ) than it is to watch and not clutter. We had this issue last game with EP - dude had a "theory" for everything and I exploited that to lay down cover all over the place. It makes it easier for scum.

 

Today, I've got you and Zander, and still dice. You are all my best guesses for scum. I've made my points - it is what it is.  

 

Well until you can provide examples, even off the top of your head, I’ll consider this hearsay and that you’re pulling it out of your... pirate’s chest. I was very much ready to cross swords with Cory toDay if I had to so this line about how I was tip toeing around the (now) claimed Mason on D1 is bullshanks imo.

 

That’s a valid way to play, if you want. I also hardly think my passing mention that I felt this game could be a bit more than just Town/Scum was *much* of a distraction. This wasn’t and isn’t being discussed ad nuaseum like some other topics that do nothing to solve, until now. At the very least I think I’ve proven this thought wasn’t just a confusion tactic because my reads reflected what I was seeing - and then it turned out to be correct.

Socio has been posting and feels fairly open and clean.  So unless he's not actually a 1st time player or is being coached up well behind the scenes leaning Town on him.

@Cory Caboose - I seem to recall a recent game where we were going at each other, both town, and you said I wasn't approaching you like normal and I said the same of you - feel similar?  Because it does to me.

Any way I can get you to be a bit more open minded about it? Saying that I “keep bringing it up” is too easy, no? 

 

I’m fine with anyone not agreeing with things I bring up - you know that. But can you admit that I’m backing up unresolved points with the best evidence available?

DPR aj has just been really villagery to me, and not just bc of tone or volume or anything... just salient points he’s made, independent thinking (see: him piecing together me & kaylee), sort of trying to figure out the game from the ground up. If he’s a wolf he’s got me fooled bad.

 

Ive never cared at all for empirical evidence or logic since wolves are just as capable at weilding that as a strength (sometimes even better) and i try to lynch who i think is a wolf over who is “most right” or playing from a superior logical position

 

which i get can be really weird and frustrating to deal with XD
