Liz, you made a massive post pointing out who kept momentum going on your train (unless I'm misre,embering horribly) who do you think is most likely scum out of that group?

Right now I'm thinking Darthe > Crusher > Tinker > DPR in more or less that order.

 

Have you played with the last 3 before? I'm trying to figure out how much to make of the inconsistencies I'm seeing in their posts vs. actions.

 

 

I don't think I've ever played with DPR, although I subbed into a game after he'd been lynched (I was mafia though so didn't pay much attention to what he'd posted)

 

Pretty sure I've played with Tiinker, and modded games he's played; couldn't begin to tell you how he plays though, he's mostly played while I've been on an intermittent break and I don't remember much from mafia in the last 6 months

 

Crusher again, I've modded a game he was in, I don't remember if we've played a game or not though

Think Kronos, Darthe, Tiink look good from yesterday, Seph looks the best from Day 1

 

Cuth, DPR have superficial things that look good regarding early stances on known mafia, both need examining in far more detail.

 

WiFi comes down to various posts, there aren't any that Ive seen that I don't think she couldn't make as mafia, but combined I think is more likely from town

 

Still need to read the buildup to the Liz/mrs Clov trains day 1, lizs frustration reads genuinely to me but I'm bad at reading that

 

Hallia again has superficial stuff that looks good regarding her position on Eldrick Day 1, I just don't recall much from her

 

Crusher sounds ok, but lolme at tonereading

 

I don't recall much from Cass outside early Zanderisms

I don't have many reasons beyond 'gut' 'vibe' 'feels' which I sort of hate, but /YOLO

I don't do "town reads". Again, it's a liars game. There are people that make sense and they arouse the least suspicion. There are people that don't make sense but come across as emotional or rattled and they choke the game with distractions. Then there are people working an agenda to win - these are who I look for:

 

 

 

liz/clov - This slot has made (and I've commented) too many anti-town plays for me to think they are anything but scum. 

 

Seph - Fits into my rattled and distracting category. Could easily be downgraded to scum. Tries to use my logic against me - no bueno.

 

Cuth - I don't trust (never have) the "clever and playful" style that never coughs up the goods. His adamant labeling and defense of Eldrick as town looks bad.

 

Darthe - Always a distraction. Always with the mysterious comments. Distraction. 

 

 

Lurkers that could easily be scum:

 

Hally - No real contribution to the game. 

 

dice - about to be sorted

 

Tink - Sorta playing by asking questions, but that could easily be scum trying to look innocent.

 

Cass - Pops in with occasional insight. Never around to talk about it. No memorable contribution. No bueno.

 

 

Active and building profiles that are hard to backtrack from later in the game:

 

Kronos - Claimed pr. That can't be undone, so he's sorted.

 

Wifi - Using the time she has to actually play. Looks good. I'll LOL if she's a Godfather of Cult Leader.

 

BFG - Didn't like the giggly reunion distraction when she took over for Spoof. Tries too hard to pretend she's lost but catching up - doesn't match people's opinion of her. Hasn't thrown down a scum read yet. No bueno.

 

Crusher - Looks good. Making reads, taking stances and keeping focussed on common sense.

Dice- I actually had dice a little lower from my re read of him, but given the current situation has pretty much erased any doubt. (if whats going on is what i assume)

 

 

Cuth- cuth is slightly below the above because his involvement after notbob seemed to taper off some, and I have not got a chance to reread him. He is still a person im am fairly confident with.

Miss Kizzy Clov- there game has improved since d1 and I still feel very stongly that they are town. if dpr does turn out to be town I would look closer at this spot.

 

I feel like the ramaining mafia have a very good chance to be in this remaining group.

Cass- up to page 30 or so in my reread i kept going back and fourth but overall Cass never looked bad. she is here because she is one of my lower town reads tbh, and I felt like she tappered off.

BFG- I liked her origional thoughts and posts but I don't think I have ever seen her scum game tbh. She is here for her thoughts upon entering the thread and with the recent posts from dice I just don't feel comfortable trusting her 100% she is a lower town read and here through poe.

 

I feel pretty good of the last scum being down here

Hallia- she is someone I dont remember much of, and a non memorable hallia is usually a scum hallia.

I am not sure who i would lynch first between tink and hallia. I have like some of tinks last posts, and being on eld before the view is a +

 

 

I think you need to provide some explanation for this. In a concrete way that can be followed along without just gut-feel approach. I feel like I've been pretty spot on in calling out Eldrick and I've done it in a way which hasn't involved me saying "guaranteed scum here. 100% scum game" and actually laid out some logic. What's the deal?

People (liz/clov, Darthe to an extent, and I believe Hally and Tink) have acted positively to you subbing in, based on what appears to me as respect for your game. To me, this would explain your careful entrance (not forming opinions quickly - taking time to read) but you've had time to catch up now and you seem to be milking the process a bit. You've read some, we know, because you've asked questions. But, to my mind, you haven't asked what i would consider to be obvious questions - and that doesn't match people's opinions of you.

 

It's a similar feeling I get from Case.

 

Doesn't make either of you scum, but it does go in the box of things that need to get sorted.

 

Crusher is easy - he's played with NB (Jetscode) more than anyone and can easily spot when NB isn't scumhunting.

For the sake of accuracy, liz/clov is my #1 pick for scum. They were on D1, D2 and still are. I recognize that there will be other scummers, and I don't want to be a distraction to people spotting that, so I've put my case on the shelf so far today knowing that it ain't going anywhere and I can pick it up anytime needed.

 

I obviously cannot speak for Crusher. I see what I see and he sees what he sees - he moved his vote and hit scum based on logic I understand and agree with.

 

I also factor in all of the movement before that lynch. To me, Cuth, Seph and Edlrick were all more important to look at as I didn't get their logic at all.
