I just don't lint to blind lynch.

That's fine, but if he is like "I'm a member of the Order because blah blah" and y'all go "no if you were Order you would have known x" and then we lose that advantage for the same result, well, I could see something like that happening. We can hear what he has to say but that doesn't mean we should debate with him.

We'd ask for the missing info and not provide it if he's wrong.

There's still a risk of (hypothetically speaking) Scum!Verb playing dumb and asking for hints as to what information he should "reveal" to try and narrow down his guesses. I don't like leaving him the option of manipulating us in some way. Even a supposed slip, if carefully crafted, could set us back quite a ways. Like when JS dropped a number of scum in the TG game that was one too high and had us tearing each other apart because we believed him.

Then we'd, or at least, I would know he was lying. What's been said is plain. What hasn't is easy if you're part of the team. If he needed a hint then he's not part of the team. Besides I don't see having a killing role fitting esp as being part of our group.

I haven't suspected you yet. Though the timing on the train doesn't look good. What are you thoughts so far on what's been said since day break?

Not bad? We've had 1 D phase and 1 N phase with Demon's killed. Did you expect more?

Going to catch up now. This is what I was in the middle of typing when Day was ended: (had to copy it into my role pm so as not to lose it)

So pissed off right now! I was in the middle of the catch up when they fucking ended day! anyway I will post what I have in here so that I can grab it for D2. My next post will have my actions in it.

What I had grabbed and was trying to say before day ended.

I believe Len's claim. (This is where I would've unvoted btw)

In response to Lee's reads: Nice to see the effort. Hope you bring it.

I don't like Nol's wanting to lynch David over the name of the claim. Why if it's still possible he's telling the truth? That means we could have two possible mason teams which would help clear people. I also didn't like his fishing with Lee (asking if she's a heathen as well).
Not a bad overall list from BooBoo. One correction though. He said I was non-committal but I had already placed a vote by that point.
Also correction on BooBoo. He said I cased and voted Len. I had voted but hadn't cased, simply gave reasons. I voted before Len claimed and the way he had phrased his statement made it sound like it came after. I voted Len, left (as I said I would) and was catching up while day ended. If I had been given an extra 10 mins from my last post I could've posted this all then and unvoted. I would have then voted Snow to reach consensus. (Believe it or don't all you have is my word on that).

And yes I'm pissed about having done another catch up only to have day end and not be able to unvote or post any of this until now. But it is what it is.

Tiink: are you still willing to vote Lee? I ask because someone (AJ i think) said she was also a heathen and she more or less confirmed it.

There is no reason whatsoever she should have assumed Verbal was the acolyte.

That's my hang up. If she's claiming she was trying to find a teammate, Verb would have literally been my very last choice.

This is pretty easy game to crack actually I think.

We need a couple reliable people from both Heathens and Acolyte Order.

Force a mass claim. Heathens and Acolytes say who they're recruiting from their own claimed pool, if they aren't able to recruit that person that person is either 3rd party or a Demon.

In Kaylee's defense, she has two toddlers and an unborn child slowly leeching her sanity, I can see her missing a few things in that D1. I thought I saw a few things that weren't actually there, but I am a weird one.

Yes but when someone said they used an action and so and so isn't town, they get strung up quick. I want to hear from him. I want those that have cases to make to make them. Basically not just rely on what I have.

Are you voting Verb because you tried to link with him as an Acolyte and that failed so you believe he's not Town?

Or is it what Dice thinks?

I had an ability and used it on Verb. Got a result that makes me think he's not town.

I have no defense for this. I have a 2x shot, yes. Doesn't make me scum, though.

Please take caution to not get baited into revealing information in response to him though.

I didn't bother to post a case after Kaylee claimed, but from looking at his D1 earlier today, I think he had some pretty damning content irt Snow. I don't mind hearing him out first, but last time I gave scum!Verb room to rant after he was pretty well outed it resulted in our cop claiming to ensure a lynch that would have happened anyway.

I don't hate a Snow lynch because I suck at reading him and it will resolve someone who's probably going to be in my null pile for a long time to come, but I'd rather pursue my scum read and see where this goes.

I'd rather you pursue a scum read as well - I don't like the idea of lynching somebody just to resolve them and maybe 1 other player. Late in the game if mislynches are available, this could mechanically lock a game....but D1 is not the time. I guess you could argue D1 is when you have the most flexibility and there is no better time, at which point my response will be to grumble to myself because I can see the logic in that as well.

So yeah, I just typed a paragraph that literally says nothing. lolme

Encouraging me to avoid the Snow wagon and pursue my scum read. Slimy post and its meandering nature makes sense in a cover-your-butt kind of way. My scum read was very explicitly Leelou and Verb had just proclaimed himself the king of Leelou reading but said he was going to wait for her to ramp up first, so encouraging me straight out to push Leelou here would have been weird. I'm thinking his beating around the bush here was intentional to avoid awkward implications.

Ironically, you're reading this wrong. I would post this as either alignment - it was actually a true statement.

Oh God, you and JC are still butthurt that I sat back and watch the town cannibalize in a spectacular way that has rarely been seen before, lol. Every other scum game I'm out front and just playing. I decided to take a very back seat in one where I don't even have to log into JN to win, and you get all salty. I love it.
