236 pages? Christ. I scanned the first 30 pages for her posts and she seems like she's taken a more aggressive stance this game. She's been town in all games I've played with her so I'm noting the differences.

@Shad what do you think on Wifi? She's coming at the game from a different angle judging from the last 2 games I played with her. To me it speaks to her focus rather than her alignment. 

 

Can you elaborate?

 

 

I think she's putting more effort into this game than what I've seen in her previous games and haven't found her to be overly scummy.

I actually came back to read Chad and could go this way. Also trying to find the reason somebody said they felt good about Halia. Halia is one of my favd but not sure that she has done to make anyone feel good Bout her this game. Ok the sexy time Skype talk was pretty nice but I mean related to the game at hand.

I'll look harder when I read through tonight and ISO his last game to verify but I think Tiink's >> rand town at this point.  Way more involved and inquisitive than I remember.

If I had to pick I'm torn between Shad and Wifi. I'll explain more when I'm not driving to work

so this is where I post my reads list:

 

 

 

1. Zander - Bastion = NULL - VERY SLIGHTLY TOWNIE - when I ISO'd him the third time I found more posts with him investigating into things, than I thought at first and second glance. 
2. Lenlo - Reinhardt = NULL - SLIGHTLY TOWNIE - giving out his role like that.  I think it was genuine.
3. Shad - D.Va = NULL - SLIGHTLY SCUMMIE - sowing confusion.  He is linking me to him, outright saying we are w/w, when I am TOWN! 
4. Hallia - Mercy = NULL - she made like 95% joke posts and the rest were informative (WoT) or chitter chatter
5. Pralaya - Genji = SLIGHTLY TOWNIE - most of his posts were game related for so early in d1.
6. Cory - Pharah = NULL - SLIGHTLY TOWNIE - Asked a ton of questions.  Really got right into game content.
7. Tiinker - Lucio = NULL -just can't get a grip on him yet
8. Wildfire Sedai - Ana = TOWN QUEENIE
9. Katioria - Widowmaker = NULL - not enough info for me
 
DISCLAIMER:  these are my FIRST reads and they WILL CHANGE heck they may have already changed cause its taken me a while to do them.

Of course. Please understand I have no meta on anyone in this game other than Halia. Played with Zander but won't act like I have a clue how he plays as scum. So early in the game I can only look at what I consider general scum tells.

 

I felt two instances of what felt like you making statements that I thought felt insincere and scum town buddying. One was your read ofHalia as town and I have seen nothing Hallia has done that would make anyone comment on her being town. I admit she is the only one I got meta so I may be overstating it.

 

Second was your comment abut the person who extended the day. Explaining why it wouldn't make sense as a scum play. Why you wouldn't do it as scum. Comes off as a look I'm a townie playand not sure how it helps to find scum. Just creates wifom.

 

Again this could be exactly how you play as town. I don't know. But feels off to me.

Tiinker looks good.

 

Skimmed through his ISO is Disney; he mixes casual banter with "thought-heavy reads posts" where there was a lack of substance but plenty of words. I noticed a habit of overly explaining his thoughts without really following up on them an mostly choosing between the arguments of others to make his votes / reads. There's almost no actual digging coming from him, just "busy work" and summarizing / adopting the ideas of others.

 

There's a similar level of banter / reads here but his approach seems far different. There's a lack of "showing" - his readmaking seems more tied to thread events with more short explanations / takes on events (#194) and isn't fabricating reads when asked, as well as directly questioning others that seems to be coming from curiosity more than trying to force someone into a specific alignment (ie "leading questions" or accusatory in tone).

 

My only trepidation is that I don't know him particularly well and don't really know what his village game typically looks like, but this looks different from his wolf game.

@WildFire I want you to do something a little different for me if you could.

 

You've recently seen Hallia as both a wolf and a villager recently. What have you noticed as things she did more often as a wolf? What have you noticed are things she did more often as a villager?

 

I want you to sincerely think about that - compare how she played in those two games - and then make an assessment on her this game.

 

Even if you are already doing this in your head, it'll help me see you do it out loud.
