Why I´m sure about Lenlo:

 

I´m a Special FBI Agent. I can search for godfathers. Last night I viewed Lenlo and got the answer that he is a godfather.

I have not had the time to go back and read but if I remember it right it´s only Tsuki, Pral and Lenlo that haven´t claimed. If everyone is telling the truth we have a loooot of pr´s. Either mafia has some great powers as well or some are lying.
