Lenlo, I have lost the game for town twice at lylo, so I know how it feels. :) 

 

Dice, this is the best I have seen from you. I´m happy that you didn´t manage to convince the others. lol

 

Tommy did a great job in the end.

Some of you should remember your first games and be happy that people put up with you and actually welcomed new players.

Dawn gets a pass, but I'm not entirely sure she really wants to learn ATM. I hope she does, and a number of us would love to mentor her (Darthe is mentoring her in an upcoming game). Besides that, how many new players were in the game?

 

Inactivity & the utter disdain some players had for reading the thread was my issue. The game breaks when Mafia can just isolate 5-6 townies they know don't care/won't read/will not be active and can just leave them at the end.

I even tried following your idea of the bottom up but realized i had to lynch the mouthpiece or i was gonna get nowhere!

 

 

I forgot to mention Dice, I was def impressed with your play this game. It's not just that your reads were rock solid, which they were,it's that the way you were going after them, the way you were broadcasting your thoughts, it was def awesome to see. We were all rooting for you in the DT lol. And Tommy was a tough opponent @ endgame, so eh it's not on you by a long shot. Great stuff mate.

A little? You never trust me on D1. You might as well have claimed mafia right there. Unfortunatly no-one else saw it and I was too tired to point it out properly. After Verb and Leelou died, all three of you dropped so many obvious tells... All of you had at least one serious slip. It's a wonder nobody saw.

I'll start off with a huge thanks for modding such a great game. I think this is  the game I've enjoyed the most in all the mafia games I've ever played in DM. Awesome atmosphere and a great player list. I'm afraid I can't say much about balance because I'm not that savvy in the matter. But I think this could have been as much a mafia win as it could have been a town win. So IMO I think this indicates a balance. I was introduced into some new roles I never came across, as well as the hydra concept which I've never done before. And I got to make some new friends, both from the town and scum team. Really awesome experience. Thank you! :)

Thanks for being hydra with me when no one else would lol   You guys might not have seen much of Kat on thread, but she brainstormed with me quite a bit on our hydra QT. She nailed quite a few things that I didn't even notice. We chose to keep her posting rate on the downlow because of how late she managed to catch up and how inactives seemed to be viewed in the game. Plus I was pretty townlocked and we didn't want that to change by people tunneling her.  <3 Kat

Awesome play by both of you. Never played with either of you before but even before you revealed as cop you had really solid posts. You did an awesome job in your viewing targets. I'm glad you didn't end up wasting a viewing on me and nailed Verbal in the process. You also gave me good info for our second shot which was dead on. If it wasn't for you we would have prolly ended up shooting Dawn. Or Yates, if mafia wouldn't have offed him.  xD   So thanks for that!!!  I wouldn't have enjoyed derping that hard. Your time of revealing just couldn't have been any better!

I was in the same situation as you not too long ago, only I did quit the game in hopes that someone else could do a better job. And I got a whiplash from the other players and the mod that will last me a lifetime. So don't worry about it. These things happen. I had my suspicions of you at first, hence my casing. But your reply to it lessened my concerns about you. I didn't have you pegged down as scum before my premature demise lol  So way to go!  You did, however, ping hardcore towards the end when you got super vocal. But that was after I knew you were scum already... so I guess that doesn't count *laughs*   It was great playing with you!

You didn't play good or bad. You basically didn't play at all. I hope having Darthe by your side in the next game you're signed up for will help you pick up the basics and be more proactive. Beyond that you were the source of a lot of jokes and laughter which was really fun. Stay away from my boobs, though. They're off limits :P

I didn't agree with your thought process at all. Joined with Red's false claiming that meant there were a lot of doc like roles,  I thought you were either lying or using Desbat's role. I was obviously wrong and I learned my lesson. Just because a claim seems unbelievably bad doesn't mean it's scummy. Sorry for lynching you lol  This was probably the turning point of the game and what ultimately lost us the game, IMO. Unfortunately this all went down when I was sleeping too, so I didn't have the time to show up, review the train and perhaps change my mind and my vote. Oh well.

You were my strongest town lean the entire game. <3  I really wish you wouldn't have faked a role claim because that screwed a bit with how I viewed Jack's claim. But I guess you had your reasons. It sucks that you had that final in the middle of the game because I think you had the potential to turn things around for town if you were able to be around more. But RL is RL and I understand that it comes first so no worries. I really enjoyed playing with you again :D

I like that your playing style has been dialed down a bit. I had you pegged as town up until your interpretation of the two deaths on N1. Since I was the vig I also had the advantage of knowing that you were wrong for sure. The hydra talk really didn't bother me as such. And your theory being wrong didn't bother me either. As I've mentioned in the game, I know you like to gauge for reaction and would sometimes say outrageous things just to see who bites. That deaths interpretation was really bad, though. It came across like you were trying to twist things up in favor of the janitoring. So yeah, my bad. heh. It was not so terrible to play with you again!  xD

I had you pegged as a townie from the start of the game up until Cory/AJ revealed. Then you started to show your scum roots. But I was so focused on lynching Dawn that I dismissed it.  And then with Jack's reveal looking terrible.... I zoomed in on them and completely ignored you. So good job. =)

 I understand that since you were VT you basically sacrificed yourself so scum would waste one night kill on a VT. But Kat and I were seriously close to shooting you and derping up the game. LOL  I heard you tend to do gambits in games but this one almost backfired. If scum wouldn't have shot you on the night we holstered, we would have prolly shot you the next night xD  Your game play seemed scummy to me. It was Kat who theorized that you could be a townie attempting a gambit. So kudos to her. I didn't see it. I thought you were pulling an ingenious scum play where you claim Vig and have Red protect you so when we shoot you, Red ends up dying instead of you. That's part of the reason why we holstered. We didn't want to accidentally kill Red and waste our last shot. Which again comes to show how both of your false claims could have cost us a Vig shot. Luckily it all turned out for the best but it was touch and go for a moment there xD

 

Maybe after I play with you in more games I'll get a better feel of your kind of play. Looking forward to it =)
