Bit vague here, but Desp could have viewed Roo as a cop and then refused to reveal it.

 

Of course, it's more likely that he just wanted to look townie and keep the investigative roles hidden in anonymity.

If Despo had viewed Roo why would he divulge that to the town? He gave the info to his team. I think he viewed someone else tbh.

2. It has pretty much been mod confirmed, so I believe you now. You said you already had a partner correct? Is your power shared between the two of you or just you? And no im not asking who your mason buddy is.

1. it does smack of something found earlier and discussed on the QT prior to being posted. Then once it could be posted, It was floated ASAP. The fact that Basel continued pushing after Rand said "my bad" is the most egregious of the three of you.

 

2. I have a partner as stated. I am the masonizer. My partner's role has not yet been revealed and will not be at this time.

Basically, bots that send extreme amounts of requests to the site, overloading the server. At least that's what I've heard :P

Imagine clicking the "refresh" button on your browser as fast as you can.  It would put a little strain on the website to keep sending out information (make the computers work harder) but if only one person is doing it then no big deal.  Now imagine a thousand computers where the computers are at the website and all "refreshing" as fast as possible.  It's just not possible for the website computers to keep up, so they crash and the site goes down/can't be accessed.  That is a DDoS.  Distributed (lots of different computers) Denial of Service (crash the website to the normal users can't use it.
