DPR Mafia: Something everyone should experience at least once in their DM life.

If you are relatively new to the BT and DM, then you may not be aware of the legend that is the DreadPirateRoberts aka DPR. Only one or maybe two games per year will ever surface, and they will be talked about for long after. This is not just Mafia, it is a Mafia Event.

 

Normally I would not post links to a game elsewhere, but we will not be having any new Mafia Games start in the BT in September. Plus, this is DPR Mafia, it transcends all boundaries.

Oh Lord. You read into people's reactions and actions to determine if they are guilty or not of being mafia. Then you kill that person. Unless you are mafia, in which case you kill people at night. The main objective is to win ad as a team. It goes a whole lot deeper and is more technical but I am driving on the highway right now. So I need to pay attention

Kari, trust me, you miss this, and you will hate yourself for the next year. Having a DPR game as your first would be an amazing thing to boast and will get you used to tougher mafia games. I can give you the basics of mafia tomorrow as a mini tutorial, sign up now, once in a year opportunity.

Kari, I'm sure we have met a long long time ago, anyways, I would be more than happy to send you my rough guide to mafia if you would like it.

 

I am not playing this game for a very good reason, I am actually helping DPR to mod it ... His games are most excellent but Tina is probably correct to advise you on starting with a more basic game. This game will contain perhaps more tension than a normal game, and that can be difficult enough to deal with, even for a more experienced player.

 

But please do PM me if you would like to know more about this wonderful game. We do try our best to look after our BT Members when it comes to Mafia
