I'm not sure how insignificant this is, but when I was reading through the series again, I noticed in LoC that Min is talking about Birgitte and she says something along the lines of "Does she really think she is the Birgitte from legend?". Then in book 9 when Rand is getting on Elayne, Min 'meets Birgitte for the first time' and is immediately overcome with awe and says she has more auras than she has ever seen. She also immediately recognizes her as Birgitte because she remembered her from Falme. Oops.

I dunno if this has been pointed out yet but I was reading Lord of Chaos and

Right after Alanna bonds Rand and her and Verin are talking it starts to refer to Allanna as Manna, then on the next page it returned to Alanna as normal.

During my read of "The Great Hunt" right before rand and loial go to get the horn back from the trollocs it skipped back fifty pages. Their was about twenty five pages of repeat reading then it skipped ahead twenty five pages from where it skipped back. I just about cried. Lucky for me im a guy and we dont cry. :x

It doesn't jump they have matching ones i can't quote it since i am at work but i do remember them having matching ones only one was a littl lower than the other.

Well in some fonts an Al could look like an M, that probably what happened, sonme smudging or dirt perhaps.

 

In TSR, end of chapter 54 when nynaeve ahs just fought moghedien, it states:

 

Pushing herself to her feet, she hurried for the appointed meeting place. If only EGWENE had not run into any trouble, they might make it out of here safely after all.

 

At this point in time Egwene is in the threefoldland,

but elayne is in tanchico with nynaeve, so it is an accidental switching of the 2.

On page 183 in the paperback of Knife of Dreams, in the chapter called A Stave and A Razor, the name on the chapter switches to Embers Falling on Dry Grass for one page.

At the end of TSR, after Rand has defeated Asmodean, he is looking around at the damage done to Rhuidean during his struggle with the Forsaken. He looks at Avendasora (tree of life) and gladly notes that only one branch was broken...

 

Then, at the beginning of TFOH, when Rand is meeting with the clan chiefs, he looks out the window at the charred remains of the tree of life and reflects on Moiraine's comments that the tree was still alive and would put out shutes.

 

Seems odd to me that only one branch was broken in the fight with Asmodean, but then it became 'charred remains' only a few short weeks later...

That was intentional. If you ready closely, you'll notice that the repeat is not 100% the same. There are subtle differences in the wording. I think it has been disscussed somewhere on this forum...
