whatever you say john

you say I'm the one who isn't being sensible? look at what you just said

scum diversion tactic? what am I diverting you from exactly?

and Jack I don't think you're in a position to lecture anyone here mister I like to buy the cult leader role

I have some serious doubts about your claims which I'll get into back in the main thread but I think the fact that you even considered buying the role means you didn't hold any loyalty to town in the first place

Does it make him scum? Not necessarily... but his play is not pro-town. Now we've got multiple exchanges wherein he's disrupted discussion where town is building consensus on scummy cases. He started this when I cased/voted Blakhoof, and started again when I voted #2 today. Hmm...

god I don't even want to talk to you anymore but you keep pushing my buttons

disrupted discussion where town is building a consensus?

screw you

I made 3 cases myself and would be happy to discuss the merits of any one of them

vote #2 if you want

it means nothing to me

I just find it a bit sad that someone I see as fairly good at mafia could possibly have his vote manipulated so easily

what would you do if I was scum and I purposely tried to defend someone not on my team? make a case against them and give scum a free lynch?

you should really take a few minutes and think about what you're saying and doing

I'm not the one distracting town here

you are

Are you really asking this? At this point I hope you are scum, because you've reached an absurd level of "really?"

Again, because you are thick-headed... You distracted from the case I built on Blackhoof. He was scum. You are distracting ALL of us now from the task at hand, which is voting for one of the blind answers. I've stated this over and over. This will be the last time, if anyone not named Nolder has questions about this exchange I am happy to address them...

My guess is he will continue to persist in moving the discussion further and further away from the vote and deadline that is approaching quickly... I just hope you all see it for what it is. I'm frustrated, got another game to tend to. I'm keeping my vote on #2 for now.

Screw me? Whatever, you goofball... another long post full of bullshit jibberish. The more you talk, the righter I get.

Practice what you preach John :p

Try hunting for scum, instead of telling people how to play and trying to direct town towards a hair-brained self-serving scheme that is all about you...

I try hunting scum, I really do but everyone says my methods are scummy. I was the first vote on hoof the day he was lynched and that's the only all game inclusive lynch of a vamp so I'm doing fairly well at that.

I wasn't telling people how to play, just joking around man.

Yeah it was self serving, why do you keep saying that. All your trumped up arguments with Nolder is self serving yourself to pump up your ego. Werewolves can't be turned by vamps. Because of me the number of the wolves increase and it puts the vamps in a constant wifom each night over who to recruit. Being a CL or in the cult is the only sure fire way to stay town through the rest of the game, but I guess keeping that role in play is selfish and just self serving. I'm not going to go back and forth with you if you don't get why I tried to stay alive and why I just didn't bow my head and resign to what I knew was going to be a popular oppinion according to mins viewing. And excuse me for pushing for the only thing that would vet me rather emphatically.

You accuse me of telling people how to play yet anyone who just doesn't see what your saying or has a different oppinion has to be scum and that is anti productive to the town because if people are scared to post because you will over analyze what they say and twist it because it isn't in line with your world of thinking. You are stifling opinions and you can't take a joke man. Just chill.

Drunk raving over.

No I didn't I wanted to win big under everyone's nose. Then Lily's post about the CL role being a trap pushed me over the edge because I thought she was making a grab for it. Now my win condition from the role is to win with the town. What am I purposefully going to kill all the townies? I'm cleared by two different lie detectors on two different points. Of that isn't good enough well I don't know what it.

Sorry for that post John. I just reread it. It sounded harsh. Wasn't meant to be. I'm just frustrated.

Right now 12 and 15 are the two that stick out the most. 15 for reasons already stated and 12 because answering questions with wuestions is scummy and doesn't make sense.

Vote 15 i think this one is the winner. I have a pt test and mandatory fun tomorrow. Not sure when I'll be able to check back in tomorrow.

Correction to the above: 24 hours is plenty of time.

bit of a 180 there eh john?

I also like how you didn't actually answer my question of what I'm supposedly distracting you from but that's ok

we both know you're just saying whatever you can to discredit me

I'm gonna try not to let it get to me anymore

it's obvious what you're doing and I'm confident everyone can see it

#9. I was thinking of buying the CL role.I was pretty indecisive, and was given a moral dilemma in which I could spend apoint to know if I should or shouldn't buy it, I was given a big fat no youdon't want this role. So there is definitely something up with the role, and Iwouldn't trust Jack D. Also verb was on my team. I am town, so there are vampsamong us.

bold added for emphasis

I think this is a lie

IIRC I PM'd DPR asking for clarifications about several roles and I never received a "Moral Dilemma"

additionally I think the Moral Dilemma will be something a lot more...game changing and dramatic

note how these Call And Respond things play into DPR's story and how they're greatly effecting how we play this game

what kind of "Moral Dilemma" just advises you not to buy a role? and why did it cost you 1 point to get it? how did you know that you could spend a point to get this "Moral Dilemma"?

this just isn't adding up to me

hey can I get some comments on this?

what does everyone else think of #9?

DPR did say he would be giving out moral dilemmas in the game. He does this in his games. Personally, I believe it. I have no reason not to. It sounds DPRish to me.

Exactly were did you get this quote I just went back a few pages and I haven't seen it yet and it dosent have a name...care to tell.

@lily: but how would they know to spend a point to get this dilemma? and if jack bought it and is supposedly some super mason leader then why would the dilemma caution this guy against buying it? doesn't really make sense to me

@amega: sorry I didn't put any reference really

my fault

John said it while voting blackhoof at the beginning of the game

I read it as they asked about the role and were offered the dilemma - a point for the info. I might be wrong, though. It's been a rough night and I'm not thinking really clearly. I should drink more, huh?

At the beginning of the game, I made the statement that 24 hours was plenty of time. I was corrected and informed that DM has a different pace than JN, I rescinded that comment and remarked that I assumed wrong and stood corrected.

Today we are facing a 24 hour deadline to vote on one of the numbered blind answers. Nolder is going out of his way to create a disruptive argument to ensure that the focus is on him barraging me with his contorted interpretations of my comments, and NOT on the actual vote.

He just accused me of not answering his question of what he's supposedly distracting me from. When I have repeatedly stated it... here are two examples of the many of me trying to impress upon him that I feel he is purposely distracting the town from this lynch we have to get done, and as you can see time and again he pretends not to understand what I'm talking about... or he really just doesn't get it... if he's being stupid on purpose, then bravo, but if not... sheesh.

Anyway, here's the samples:

Yeah, I'm done... no offense Nolder, but you are stream of pure nonsense. If this isn't a scum diversion tactic, then you are one of the most non-sensible townies I've ever seen. Vote on one of the numbered blind responses, and give it a rest... you are proving me right exponentially and you don't even realize it.

All anyone has to do is read. My coherent points, even though I've had to be repetitious... and whatever you want to call the jibba-jabba this sucka keeps drowning us in, when we should be discussing the numbered blind answers in the first post.

I will probably re-think all of this in the morning, because I'm exhausted - I just read the last four pages and am pretty sure I didn't really take in any of it. Except that John and Nolder were going at each other. But I want to go ahead and place a vote for #2.

#2 doesn't actually strike too weird to me, until the bit at the end. And it's not so much that they insist they are town, but that they stress being cleared in the fast game. Just because you were cleared then doesn't mean we can trust you for the rest of the game, whoever you are.

#15. 1. A summary of what they think isgoing on. - That you are having fun! :) It's obvious there are now werewolvesrunning around among the vampires and townies, as to if they are protown or notis yet to be seen. 2. A listing of who they think is avampire. I think Alanna and maybe nolder are vampires. 3. Doubts or questions you have aboutyour team-mates. None that I can think of so far. 4. Anything else of value that youthink will benefit you and your win condition. Go townies! :)

this one is standing out to me

it's short and makes only enough accusation so as to not stand out as the only answer with no accusation

notice how no evidence is provided with those accusations (granted there were a few other answers that did the same thing)

to me this entire quote just seems designed to lay low

it's a given that nobody wants to be lynched but this person seems to have gone out of their way to be unhelpful in their answers

that's how I'm seeing it anyway

I also agree with john about #2 being overly defensive

yeah I'm going to Vote: #15

I'm a bit apprehensive about that since people are bandwagoning on it because of the "go townies!" thing but the rest of the message is still scummy enough that I can overlook that

and really everyone right about the "go townies!" thing being scummy

I guess it all just seems a little too obvious and that's what's bugging me

Vote #15

Reasons stated. Completely trying to fly under the radar. Nothing helpful. Seem's to be casing two people who are very unlikely to be viewers or info gathering roles.
