I know I rattle a lot of cages here on D1 trying to get at some scum... but there's no way I'm taking my vote off of Sakea right now. I don't like her reveal at all now that I've had time to dissect the details a bit.

Ok, we have clearly been able to consolidate the vote, but with no one coming forward to dispute the claim of team paris i hesitate to hammer an uncontested innocent. But we need info, on the team itself if nothing else, and we need to prevent the recruitment.

 

Ugh just realized I've got to do something different to be able to bold my vote. Post upcoming, unless someone hammers while I'm typing this.

The man’s eyes look deeply into each of yours.

 

“Do not go anywhere alone. Be careful about the details youshare about yourself with others, and know that any among you may be avampire.”

 

The man nods to you as a group.

 

“We’ve kept all of you under observation over the last hour,giving you access to weapons (roles), and letting you acclimate to each other.

 

You will have one additional hour to do the same. Then youwill be assigned to an area, and we will begin systematic missions in anattempt to destroy the vampires.

 

Make sure that you collect all of the weaponry you think youwill need (purchase roles), as we will not be coming back here until afterdawn.”

 

He looks down.

the thing is where I come from it's considered taboo to lie about IRL stuff as an excuse to cover for scumlike behavior

I understand that not everyone shares the same ideas and values about such things but when I read what you said it was doubly insulting because to me you were more or less calling me a cheater, you see?

I understand where you are coming from, I was just joking when I said that. Where I am used to playing gloating and boastful chest-pounding about scum hunting prowess is commonplace. As it should be. As for calling me a dick, well... that is part of my early game scum-hunting technique... rattle cages, force people to defend... solicit game content so we have stuff to evaluate later in the game.

Anyway, I am moderating a Battlestar Galactica game there now... we play there in the football offseason. I think Doggin introduced it there a number of years ago, I started playing last year.

Didn't like this post on D1... and he finished the day on no trains. With as much noise as Jack, Nolder and I made on D1, I could see scum basically making a post like this and avoiding any and all trains.

it's best for us to lynch every voting phase right? since if we don't we just lose one town member anyway and the vampires gain a member

in that case we should probably be looking at people who didn't vote at all first and then at anyone on a 1 or 2 person vote train

gonna reread and list those people

also I'll list anyone who voted and switched 3+ times

I believe the rules said no "No lynch" votes... so we ahve to lynch every voting phase.

though I feel that would be against the spirit of the rule (not to mention a bad choice as I noted)
