No, lily, i suggested everyone bother sharing. puzzles are solved piece by piece. minutia often isn't so minute when you have a broader perspective.

and your post spoke of spending 2 days answering i don't know. i've just done so even though my info wasn't tiny.

you complained, i asked pointed questions that fit your criteria.

Sah winces as the tattoo needle bites into her flesh. She has chosen the Dragon of The Hall to wrap around her waist. The Dragon's head will rest across her lower belly, red eyes glowing just as the Trakoren's eyes do after it loses itself in a feeding frenzy.

It's eyes glow red form the bonestone that it breathes in through the air, or takes in from the water and the fish that it eats. Every living creature on Suras is touched by bonestone in one way or another.

But very few can control it.

Of those few, many fewer learn to control it well.

Sah had always felt the intrinsic power between herself and the stones, but she chose to run from it rather than embrace it. She forced herself to learn swordplay and dagger throwing, shipping and merchant trade routes. She became exactly what the denizens of The Hall admire and value. And then, she had been accepted. Now she had chosen her Dragon tattoo to mark her as part of Captain's crew.

"Are you not going to the Arch, then? They've another prisoner that is rumored to be involved in the plotting..."

Sah laughed. "No, I don't think so. It's enought that I'm part of a crew now. I don't need to get all wrapped up in the politics. My blade goes to defend my crewmates, my Captain, and The Minister, whichever Minister that turns ut to be."

"Spoken like one truly given to the sea. Hold still now, this will pinch a bit..."

It did. Sah sucked air in through her teeth as the needle danced over her spine. Then it eased a bit as she got used to it. A roar came from the crowd above. Somebody must have done something pretty big to warrant that kind of response.

Still, it couldn't be nearly as big as what Sah knew was going to happen. There would be a roar then, and not one that any of them would soon forget. She had dedicated herself to this purpose for years, and thefact that it was now time was oddly underwhelming.

No matter, though. It would get exciting soon enough.

***

Red's corpse lay in the sand, the torchlight flickering over it until black skin falls across and coves it.

RED, BEVA PERRADA AND MAFIA, HAS BEEN KILLED.

It is triumphant and perplexing all at once, and you become more unsttled as the extent of the decption slowly begins to reveal itself.  You look around you at the faces of those you know and realize that you have no idea who to trust. If you can trust anybody at all...

JLM is forgiven, but:

PANDY, MCS, AND DANYA MAY NOT USE ANY NIGHT ACTIONS OR ROLES DURING NIGHT 4.

Everybody else has until Wednesday night, 8 pm EST to turn any night actions in

Lord of 13 a little to over enthused there.

It's great we have a mafia down, but we need to concentrate. We are having a really good game so far, but we can't take our heads from the game.

I have been reading along, and think I have mustered together some information, but nothing concrete yet.

Oh hey guys. I'm having problems with keeping up with this game, mostly caused by my suspicion that it's not really a proper game of mafia we're playing.

Anybody care to help me out? Consider it a scumhunting exercise to see what corrections people offer.

The game works like this: You find out which candidate is the mafia candidate, and you vote for the other one. In the meantime, you try to oust the scummy players so that everyone will vote for the proper candidate (the innocent one).

It's interesting to note that Red was Beva Perrada and not Bonda. In this we can thus assume that not all Bonda's are mafia. Thus Aemon, why are you jumping back on Alys?

Is it possible that Red's faction was changed by someone but her alignment remained the same? She was viewed as Bonda the first night and then Beva the second.

Are you thinking possible recruiting? I wondered but wasn't sure if they were separate nights or not, and don't have time to reread right now.

I am on Alys for the most basic of reasons. She is acting scummy. When has a mod ever given so much information to a person to then be revealed in game? Why were she and Red acting in conjunction until Alys started drawing heat? If you look back you will see that this is when Red started to distance herself from Alys. I think they were teammates. That is why Alys will have my vote come morning.

If you don't ask, you don't get. Simples!

It could well be that Red's alignment (Bonda/Beva) could change each night! We know the mafia is infiltrated into the Beva and Bova camps, so Red being Beva AND Mafia shouldn't be too much of a surprise!

I did check, and our viewing are 100% accurate, of course that doesn't take into account of bonestones, deflections, and anything else third party that happens.

I think there maybe more than 7 factions as well. All factions at the moment seem to have either 2/3 players in them. There are 32 people in the game. So I'm thinking that some wouldn't be in a faction as well!

As a Faction, I see this as a group of people with the same properties, Captain, support Beva, witches etc. Some groups may have town alignment and some mafia.

Alys has been playing a sloppy game, and is definitely reading as scummy. She was entirely in the Red camp from the moment Aemon came out firing, has been consistently lying about her faction (though, she did a good job, to make me doubt my own viewing), she was advocating lynching somebody, yet went for the no lynch two days in a row and backtracked when we called her on it.

The biggest thing for me right now though, is how vehemently she defended Red, with the rather lacking distancing attempts between the two of them. Alys is scum and will have my vote on her first thing tomorrow morning as well.

Quick Mod Note: If I don't answer a PM, it's becuase I missed it - I have quite a few, heh - so re-send it if you see me online and have not been sent a respone. Apologies for any I've  missed, but I get these windows to check in and answer them, and I've been rushing quite a bit.

Also, something very bad is about to happen, so be ready. kbye.

The assassin's blade strikes home, sliding through the back of the guard's neck. A thick forearm stalls the inetibale jerking, and as the body goes limp, the assassin lets the body slump to the floor. The assassin melts back into the shadwos and is gone.

The guard had been posted at one of the lower gates, and though the metal bars to the gate are firmly latched, the smell of fresh blood and lack of any eyes to watch will inevitably draw attention.

On most nights, this would not be a maor problem. However, their is one creature that migrates through the ocean of Suras, and no kingdom takes it's presence lightly.

Had the Hall known that the Jenji were near, they would have postponed the election until the threat had passed.

But for now, politics have catptured everyone's attention, and the warning signs were missed.

A clawed hand reaches through the bars to lift the latch. The gate swings open.

THERE WILL BE ANOTHER CALL & RESPONSE ACTION TONIGHT. ANSWERIG INCORRECTLY, OR NOT AT ALL, WILL RESULT IN A 33% CHANCE OF DEATH.

THE WARNING SIGN WAS MY AVATAR. THIS IS THE CREEATURE THAT STALKS YOU TONIGHT. SHOULD ANYONE HAVE ASKED ME DURING THE DAY PHASE, PRECAUTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN. HOWEVER, THE FIRST QUESTION CAME AT NIGHT, AND NOW IT IS TOO LATE.

MORE INFORMATION WILL BE COMING THROUGHOUT THE MORNING.

The jenji are not large creatures, but they are many.

In the jungle, it is the ant that is among the most feared of all creatures. Though individually they are not that imposing, when they collect into endless rivers they are avoided by all.

In the sea, the Jenji are treated the same way. Schools of fish dissapear. Predatory sharks, sea dragons, and larger creatures leave the areas that the Jeni migrate through.

There is no Ocean community that does not keep watch for their passing, and woe to those that fail to see the signs.

The Jenji stands a little over two feet in height. It is an intelligent creature, and capable of using tools to assist in in needs. Bills from swordfish and marlin are common spears. Teeth from sharks are placed into wooden clubs to form fierce weapons. They are ambidextrious and capapble of throwing objects as well.

The jenji's three fingers end in clawed tips. It's mouth is filled with short, needle sharp teeth.

The Jenji now stream through the lower gate, the flesh of the guard already consumed. Before long, their tiny bodies will flood the Hall and if too many make it inside, the Hall will be lost.

Your eyes fly open as you see the first one slide around a corner...

THIS IS A CALL & RESPONSE ACTION. FROM THIS POST FORWARD, EACH PLAYER MUST POST WARNING! IN THEIR FIRST POST AFTER READING THIS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A 33% CHANCE OF DEATH. THIS CALL & RESPONSE ACTION WILL EXPIRE AT THE BEGINNING OF DAY 3.

I WIL ALSO INTRODUCE A GROUP MORAL DILEMMA. ALTHOUGH MOST OF THESE ARE PRIVATE, THE HALL IS IN EXTREME DANGER AND THE CALL MUST GO OUT TO ALL OF YOU. ANY PLAYER THAT WISHES TO DO SO MAY SACRIFICE THEMSELVES IN DEATH TO PREVENT THREE OTHER PLAYERS FROM DYING.

SHOULD NO ONE RISE TO THIS TASK, THREE ADDITIONAL PLAYERS WILL BE CHOSEN AT RANDOM TO DIE AT THE END OF NIGHT.

YOU MY POST YOUR ACCEPTANCE IN THE THREAD, AND PLEASE GLOW IT.
