Lol Led...

Hmm my favorite would be the Shayol Ghul game where I was a bomb.  I picked one name each night and it became glowed on the OP.  No one knew why.  If I managed to target all living players left alive, even if I was already dead, then they would all explode and I'd win.  I also had the nice gift of being viewed as innocent.  DPR revealed as finder like day two.  A few people found me suspect so I offered to have him view me and he did and I sailed thru the rest of the game as finder confirmed innocent.  I even glowed myself to keep suspicion off of me. :D

Hmmmm....not sure what else...I never did get Min in my first game. :(

My favorite story was the time I was an SK - briefly. Day one, I went after Pandy, guns blazing. He was so obviously mafia. (My thinking was to get rid of those who could kill me first, then go for the townies.) Night two, I killed Meesh's little brother, CJ, who I was also sure was scum. Turns out I was right, but...... I got a PM from the mod that I had been recruited by the mafia. Well, crap, now what? I get recruited to a team with only two of us left on it. So, I "fessed up" before morning. "Hey, guys, I'm a vig and I just killed CJ. If he flips innocent, I guess I deserve to by lynched. (Of course I knew he wouldn't ;) NEVER trust someone when they say that, by the way.) If he flips guilty, then I wanted to let you all know now. The only way I could know he's going to die is if I did it, right?" I had taken out two mafia, therefore I was golden. Poor Zep. He was finder and my staunchest supporter to the bitter end. I led every lynch for the rest of the game as a "confirmed innocent." I never told the town about the two knives I had left, either.  ;) Heck, I even kept it from the mafia for a little while.

I can only think of one, and it's not that great, really.

I got a turncoat role. I am a pretty loyal person, so I figured on not using it. However, when doomsday hit, I knew the people up for lynch were innocent, but no amount of arguing could change enough votes. The lynch was approaching hammer point, so I sent in my action. I had decided that if I couldn't beat them, I might as well not die. Day ended early and people wtf'd until roles were published. :D  I think it was Talya and Boyo on that team. They did what they did very well.

I don't have anything truly epic yet.  I guess the most memorable thing I've done was pretending to be a way too obvious jester when I was the backup cop.  A lot of people hated that play but it got me to endgame and it was fun.  Not something I think I'll try again anytime soon.  I'm probably most proud of my targeted hint to Kivam in DPR's Call Your Shot game.

Also, I was severely duped by Lily and her mafia team in Rey's Julius Caesar game so that was pretty epic but not for me.

You managed to catch my slip about Boopsy in the Disney game.. not that it did you any good and I think I did a decent enough job of explaining that away.

I am probably most proud for Lily's Disney game. I managed to give Nae innocence when she was under fire, and flesh out a really believable role claim that carried me through the game. I was mafia and we went on to win the game. I like to think that because of me it was more possible then without me.

Double-blind mafia. No details, cause not everyone has played before, but, I was the finder and got a guilty result, and I needed to get creative on my reveal (first alts game ever btw). I played the Dude's legendary hunch the 'Cromwell Approval', and got the lynch. Kinda fantastic.

That was an epic win. Right up until you threw it all away in the Call Your Shot game...*giggles*

Ummm, I started out suspicious of MCS and less so Aemon on Day 1....but somehow Aemon got all my attention....

I finally saw him lynched Day 3 I think...:D

I was more sure MCS was innocent this last day...but he wasn't there to vote Lia who was scum!!!

>:(

We could have won. :(

Hmm...the only time I've really ever been proud of something I did in a game...  It would have to be Harry Potter Mafia, Pete's game.  Oh, I know I got really lucky that the person I replaced, Alanna, hadn't even posted except to check in, I think, so by the time I jumped in I still had a completely clean slate to start with.

I was a Death Eater, Antonin Dolohov, a bomb.  We'd already lost a member (it was a random modkill, I think, and it happened to strike mafia, go figure).  So it was me and 2 other people, myself being the one with the most experience at the time (which wasn't too much).

Blah blah blah, I really could go on forever outlining the whole game, but basically: night 1 the cult leader was killed.  We knew there was cult, but not if it was still out there.  One of our DEs was acting pretty suspiciously and in the end we helped get her lynched, taking a townie with her because they were lovers.  And then I got recruited to the Cult, which had, incidentally, recruited the confirmed finder just before me.

Now, why I was proud--I had become increasingly convinced that DSage, the Finder, had been recruited by cult.  So in our QT, with only myself and one other DE left and growing rather desperate to worm our way out of a difficult situation, I'd been railing about cult-hunting and stuff.  I was really strongly pushing for us to keep "constant vigilance!" (:P) against the cult.  And I was on the right track, too, as it turned out.  So when I got recruited, I still had to play the part of a Death Eater to guide the night kill and to protect the Cult.  And there was no way I could just stop talking about the Cult, because I'd really been going at the issue.  Stressing over and over and over that the Cult was probably out there and we needed to find 'em.

Charis, the last remaining actual Death Eater, never knew I was cult until endgame.  I talked her in all the wrong directions, though they were good enough, for mafia's purposes.  Somehow or another, when she wanted to go for a nightkill on the finder at last, I managed to talk her out of it and sound totally reasonable at the same time.

And we won, too, that was awesome.  We recruited Charis the last night and won the game.  I know it was cool that neither Charis and I never really were suspected or even up for a lynch, and I've always been proud of both of us for that, but honestly, I was just so proud of myself for totally pulling the wool over my former teammate's eyes like that, and succeeding.  AND not getting her killed, either.  :D

*shrugs*  I've played tons of games since then, but that was the only time I ever felt like I'd done something fantastic. I worked really hard in that game.

My most epic mafia story from my own point of view would be the Myndjack WOT game by Hybrid, even though that suffered from design issues. I was a member of the scum, and also a member of an unconfirmed mason team (Seanchan). Partly through not reading my role PM with due diligence and partly through the misfortune of having the role of Carridin, I basically gleefully informed my townie Seanchan buddies that I was mafia and out to get them.

Of course the rest of the game ended up with me backed into a corner and confronted with my Carridin claim, which I contorted. I was trying as hard as I could to find evidence from the books that Carridin was a townie. One point of contention hinged on whether or not Sheriam was black or not. They argued that she wasn't, I argued that she was. It was so frustrating when I finally found out which it was in book 12, by which time of course it was far too late.

Regardless, my mafia team still won!  :D

Details?  The mafia team was something like me, Sirayn, Talya and Jelly (IIRC) and we decided from the start we'd win spectacularly or die trying.  So we had Jelly fake claim finder on Day 2 to smoke out the real finder, and targeted a random innocent for lynching.  Then we he showed up innocent Jelly acted shocked, and we convinced the town she was an altered sanity finder.  By the time the real finder revealed, nobody believed him

That was the Civil War game, and it was you, me, Jelly and Sira.  Sira got randomly SK'd before she could even start playing. Kivy got lynched I think, and I did a prisoner-bomb fake reveal that was working really well. The Dude was my last real obstacle in that game, and I had led a lynch on him. It was a done deal - but the the mods didn't call it and someone unvoted, and the whole thing unraveled...

Jelly did do a really good job though. I remember that was within the time period where everyone was having the mafia double-cross each other, so even though she was on the mafia team, I never trusted her. *facepalms* I had a paranoid streak for a while after the game where Loki turned out to be a mafia finder and took us all down.
