Have you just finished reading The Gathering Storm and are yearning for more?  Here's your chance to join the Seanchan Imperial Court.  The Cairhienin fancy themselves to be clever at political maneuvering but they have nothing on the Seanchan.

 

Wheel of Time: The Seanchan Succession is coming to computer screens soon so join this bruising battle now before it's too late.  The game is open to the first 16 posters!  That's right, the first 16 posters!  Don't delay; those that miss out will have their eyes lowered!

The rules will be largely the same as Naeann's rules:

RULES:

1. No editing posts. Ever.  Check your spelling, punctuation, etc.. BEFORE you hit post

2. Do not quote PM’s from the Mod.

3. No speaking to other players about the game unless your role specifically states that you can.

4. Everyone is expected to make at least 1 content related post every game day. If you are going on a LOA you need to tell me in PM AND on the Game thread. If you do not meet the requirements, you will be mod-killed for inactivity.

5. Game days will be 72 hours Real Time, and nights will be 36 hours give or take. Weekends will be counted as 1/2 days.

6. If you cannot reach a majority by the end of the day, I will randomly kill someone who has not placed a vote (unless they have posted a LOA).

7. Please respond to your PM confirming that you have received it before posting in the thread.  You may send in your own death scene if you are feeling creative.

8. Rules are subject to change as needed.  I'm the Mod... I reserve that right.  I'm more than happy to have newer players and will help where I can.  Be prepared for a PAFO though.

9. Above all remember that this is just a game... HAVE FUN!!!!  ;D

 

I'll give some more details in the OP when I start up the game thread.  I doubt the game will start until January unless 17 people sign up tomorrow.   ;)

That is correct.  I can't guarantee a glorious death scene for everyone (I have a Chemistry degree not English for heavens sake! ;)).  So you can guarantee one by doing it yourself

I think you'll be ok.  Most people use some sort of reasoning or go with a random vote.

Don't worry.  I don't think I've seen anyone lynched because they were number 8.  I don't even know why it started.  I think it was someone's pet way of started the random voting on day 1.
