Not anymore, the newest newbie is always posted at the bottom of the main forum selection screen where all the stats are displayed. Not that all of the newbies necessarily stop by here once they've registered.

So no, no badge. Some people would be allowed to wear that badge for all of 3 seconds, and that wouldn't be fair.  :P

Welcome both of you, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

I'm a fresh baked newbie directly from the oven, and I've just read the previous pages (well, I might have missed some entries). But I haven't got any useful tips to add to the above. Just hoping I will manage to become popular and well loved by everyone (almost, at least). See ya all !!!

Hi,

Im new to this site as well as to anything like it.  Im curious as to what RP and ORG mean.  I would also love any advice on how to get the most out of this.

Thanks to all in advance.

Cheers folks, yes we've heard the same before, no, we're not sorry. If we were we'd not have a newbie forum and would have a team of admin's who's express purpose was to ban every new person who registered. :P

RP means Roleplaying, its the bottom half of the forums, you'll want to send a Private Message (PM) to Eqwina about that.

ORG is the Organizations, each one has a different purpose, as defined by those within the org. The Seanchan Org for example, is all about movies TV shows and console games, where the Illuminator's are your creativity outlet.

And each of you should start your own welcome thread, I find its always worth it.

??? Hey, what's up? New and lost. You guys know of a guide or something?I've been a dedicated fan since a freshman in highschool in 1993. The passing of R.J. is a sad loss.I could be more articulate but simple statements are more honest than over embellished fluff. Friends and I would read to each other (once I convinced them that being a geek wasn't a life threatening illness) and having that brought me close to them. That kind of experience brought me close to my friends. For that I couldn't be more grateful for R.J.'s imagination. So, hope I can be welcome and maybe someone can throw me a lifeline.
