I think I'll have to go with Wes on his assessment of Ilgross, it seems like the way Ilgross is going he's just trying to get people to not vote for him with his reveal and in the process of his reveal he didn't even bother to give an alignment which I think is something that would seem part of a role reveal if you ask me. Granted it could've just been a slip and such and he could be a townie, but then it is just the first day and there isn't a lot that one can do to choose either way since day one is generally just a random vote day usually.

 

Sorry [glow=red,2,300]Ilgross[/glow], but you seem to be fighting against a lynch and trying to bandwagon on someone else too much for my liking.

you guys are hilarious.  8)  aaaah, vemy.  i'd shoot back a courtesy vote for you, but i reckon it would just stall things.  i'll just have to vote for you another day.  ;)

 

for the record, i personally don't like being bound to outdated traditions.  especially when that tradition is to kill me.  :P

 

to business.  with the vote count as it stands, someone will have to come up with good reasons to kill someone else, if ilgross is to live through the day.  for myself, i'm pretty ambivalent about him.

 

the thing that did you in, man, is asking for someone's role, i think.  other forums might have different philosophies about this, but i know you've been around the block enough here to know that it's at best frowned upon by the regulars here.  the thing about tracker appearing in previous games as an evil role doesn't necessarily mean anything, but it's not exactly a good sign.  i mean, you must admit that you're looking fishy at best.

 

so, 2 options i guess. 

 

1)  we lynch ilgross and see what happens.  the main advantage in this, if he proves innocent, is that we can start picking apart who voted and unvoted, and when.  this is at least a starting point.  if he's evil, then keeners, and we analyse based on that.

 

2)  let it ride.  lynch someone else, and see what happens overnight.  if ilgross dies overnight, that's confirmation that he was on the level and we proceed.  i don't really dare say more than that here; no sense in doing the baddies' work for them.

 

i sympathize with you, ilgross, if you're innocent, but you've sort of put your head on the chopping block one way or t'other.  either you get lynched, or you've got a big bull's eye on your back with regards to the bad guys, now that you've revealed.  it's an untenable situation, and at this point, i'm up in the air on what's best for the good team; kill you ourselves, or, assuming for a moment that you're not one yourself, let the bad guys do it for us.

It's the first day Ilgross, there are no grins, only grunts of frustration as no evidence points to anyone, which is a shame, cause having some information in the story itself would help kick a day off better, but then that would be going against the purpose of the game itself. And all that is where the rub is unfortunately.

I'm not gonna change my vote yet, since we finally seem to be moving somewhere, but right now I'm moving more towards Talya as quilty.

 

Why ilgross less? I don't know who said it, but he really made a job of making sure we all knew he's there.

 

Why Talya? She keeps on saying she doesn't see ilgross as being quilty.

either way, i doubt they'll kill him. a suspected unknown is too much of a boone and they'll already have seen that, i would think.

 

and guys, don't kill wes just because he's easy to pick on. err, and how does damane have a feeling about him? is it because wes did a humor bit in an effort to lighten up the game, ostensibly asking for all the kisses he could get?  that's kind of... well, i'll let you choose the word that works best for you.

 

and i am suspicious of talya, but i think that's the other game rubbing off here.
