As of right now I don't want to lynch you or AJ... Or at this point probably Nyn and Hallia. If all of you are alive tomorrow it will make me EXTREMELY nervous.  I fully expect one of you to die tonight.

Cass I have liked this game so far. I would be ok with her being the accuser for Night one. 

 

The rest of everyone I feel pretty blah about. Tripped would be trending up. 

 

I just had to go look at everyone else to see who else was in the game. ehh I could possibly be talked into voting anyone not mentioned in this post. Could probably be talked out of it too if they argued hard enough.

The set up is different but the essence of the game stays the same imo. We just have to be smart on who we put up there to make the call. To be perfectly honest, I haven't even had the chance to read the op thouroughly but I got the gist of it from the sign up so that's my general impression. I haven't given it much thought beyond it.

It's kinda like my read on you and AJ. They can both be really strong town and I think that I have played enough with them in the past to have a better read once they've been in the thread a bit more. So mostly I just feel like I will be more likely to read them than the rest so I'm less inclined to off them d1 I guess... Does that make sense?

I’m not going to lie there is a lot of ways I could have saw penguin coming back in but this is not one. And the weird thing is I think I actually liked it.

if penguin was scum I honestly think that would give more of a reason to get out of the hot seat, and try/sub so the scum team could have a better chance.

I’m not going to say they are out of my people I would lunch but I think I may go a different way.

Honestly I didnt expect the game to be as active as it is. Or maybe it's just my perception cause I'm busy... but it's just beem really hard to stay current.

I will double down that I think making Kat the accuser would have been not the best plan, for multiple reasons tbh.  None of which are super important or relevant to solving the same IMO.  If anybody really cares, let me know.

 

Voting for Kat is/was insanely +EV because I think Kat will respond to loud pressure in a way that is alignment indicative more than I think she will do so proactively, especially early on.  The #1 trait of Kat's towngame is constant paranoia of good players, and she seems to doubt herself a LOT.  Whenever I see her playing a game, it feels like she really has a rough go of trusting people, even when they've things that are probably pretty alignment indicative.  I'm not the least bit surprised she's refused the nomination when I brought her up - I probably would have called for her head if she DIDN'T fight with me over it.  The more people talk about her, the more I expect her to give a meaningful contribution.

 

I really have no idea what to say in terms of meta differences... she's never going to be a super loud, aggressive player early on.  I only remember her pushing someone ONE time total.  But I know she tinfoils, hesitates to give out thoughts, and more or less has to be dragged into the game when she's town.  Her reads lists are usually a whole lot of nulls and "I'd LIKE to trust you..."

This reads like genuine interaction to me, the last bold from AJ is particularly something that I think ?might? be less likely to be included in a WW interaction. If I had to order my comfortableness with each of their posts/tones here it would be slightly in favour of AJ, but I don't necessarily think Lenlo sounds bad, just NAI/can't read him.

What are your thoughts on AJ's assessment of Town Len v. Scum Len 'falling off' and what do you make of him here compared to Ragnarok/other games you've played with him?

 

Len usually comes across slightly scummy to me as either alignment. Which makes me conservative irt him. Ie I'm more likely to watch him for a while and take it from there. He's not someone I'd have a good read on early on. And even then it's sort of a hit and miss for me to read him correctly farther into the game.

 

I think AJ's explenation was fine. As was their interaction.

I went back to look at... honestly, I don't even remember... but I took another look at Darc's posts to penguin, and I'm pretty sure she just doesn't take that kind of tone with him if she's mafia.  It was like she was a disappointed mother, scolding him for taking his ball and going home.  That seems like a really out of character thing for her, period, but especially if mafia!Darc is talking to town!BWN (I don't think that she would hash it out like that as teammates basically ever).  I've got her as a terrible lynch option right now.

 

I think I was trying to double check Seph but really didn't see anything that stood out to me one way or another.  I think he's being oddly accepting of me, and he's a hell of a lot more reserved than he was before... but overall, I stand by what I said earlier.

 

If it wasn't Seph, I have legitimately no idea.  /shrug
