As decent as somebody who hasn't played on the site in prob 6 months can, sure.  Nobody has jumped out as obvious town to me, and Clov jumped out as I pointed out.

You are good.  I thought you disliked his Hallia callout iirc.  

 

But either way it worries me when the 2 players are prolly the top players in this game are at each other it alarms me.  Part of me thinks its a Wolf probing at a Villager....i want to believe its t on t disagreements early d1 and and my tinfoil hat is saying w w......fml.

 

Its a quiet game thats not giving me a lot of information and i dislike that greatly.  I personally dont like either of you as d1 lynch atp.

Everyone else here. Dice has been kinda quiet and agreeable. I don't know what to think of that. last few games where he's been true town he's been kinda beligerant lol 

 

Everyone else here really hasn't given me enough to think about. Right now I probably don't want to lynch you, zander or verb just because IF you're town you will add a lot. And if you're not you won't get NK'd lol And I'll be more suspicious of you. 

 

 

Hallia is quiet but that's become her new normal the past few games. ehhh IDK. I'd like to see who starts pushing who and for what reasons. I don't love Verb's push on you so far. Your thing with tress was kinda meh.... I didn't have the problems with it everyone else did I think because I actually read your posts up to that point?? lol I mean you literally said " I don't care who gets lynched but I want it to be one of these three" then randomly posted one. I don't think that's inherently scummy on a day as short as this. Something has to get things rolling. *shrugs* 

 

but to answer your question. I don't know. lol I'm hoping I have at least an idea soon. I should probably re-read the thread while it's short.

Clov clarifies @ Zander that his "hate this response" was in regard to Kat's response to him, and reiterates that he thought Zander's postt was reasonable.  Explains that he is trying to see if Kat has thoughts he can evaluate.  States he doesn't care who is lynched right now, Zander and Kat are slight town reads, if he had to pick one person to lynch he would pick Hallia because he is not sure about her Verb read and she has not responded.

Kat says she really wants Clov and Zander to be town but doesn't necessarily think they are.  Asks when day ends so she can put a last minute vote on Dice.

Marsh points out how young he is, denies trying to pocket Zander, and jokes that Dice is scummy because of ending a sentence with a preposition.  Comments on short deadline especially with D1 starting on a weekend, and jokes that leaves less time for Zander to bloat the thread to unreasonable proportions

Zander agrees with Clov that it is too early to have reads on anyone, wants to see things develop befoore deadline.  Funny gif in response to Marsh's "bloating the thread" comment.

Zander wants to see more from me, and wants Hallia to explain her Verb read.  Responds to Dice that Clov has done nothing to ping but has not done anything he couldn't do as mafia, will need a lot more from him to read him, states he would not be likely to lynch him D1.  Also wants Lessa to answer his question.  Likes the fact that Verb FOS'd Hallia for her town lean on him.

Clov is meh about Verb calling out Hallia's town lean on him, especially since he had already questioned her, thinks Verb may be mafia trying to appear skeptical.  Disagrees with Dice's interpretation that he won't lynch Kat, states that he would just prefer most of the rest of the game over her right now

Dice agrees with Kat's characterization of her "towny" comment as not being a read, notes you can say someone is acting towny without believing they are town

Clov notes that he has thoughts about Zander's question to Lessa but wants to see where it goes before commenting

Zander wishes he and Clov were masons.  Understands what Clov is saying about Verb's FOS on Hallia, notes it depends on Hallia's alignment in that scenario.  Requests that I lay out my thoughts for him while he's sleeping.

Clov disagrees with Dice about the "towny" vs "town read", but again says arguing about semantics won't help solve the game.

Zander points out it is really sketchy for Kat to make any alignment related comments D1, but notes that he has read her wrong for the last few games so he does not want to jump down her throat right now, will give her more time.  Requests Clov hold off on commenting on his question to Lessa until she answers.  Agrees with Clov about not getting into an argument about semantics.

Lessa responds to Zander's request that she feels Kat is more town than Clov in their exchange whereas Clov is more of a scum lean - notes Kat is responding to the questions being directed at her while Clov "kept going on about" the explanation and making it the center of discussion, understands the deisre not to argue about semantics but in that case feels the argument would have been avoided entirely if it had not been mentioned in the first place.

Clov asks Lessa if she has any other reads

Hallia denies to give Clov any explanation for her town lean on Verb, says she appreciates Dice.  Says it was a "light feeling" she got from seeing his posts, nothing really to add.

Clov asks Hallia whether she still feels Verb is town.  Suggests Marsh/me/Verb and Hallia as his POE.  Says he feels best about Zander due to his effort/energy/trying to solve, thinks his questions to Lessa and his take on Dice seem genuine.  Does not like Kat's approach to the game but does not feel it is scummy.  Considers Dice null, feels his disagreements are a difference in interpretation instead of a deliberate misrep to make him look bad.   Struggles with what to think about Lessa's conclusion wrt him and Kat.  Votes me because random.org told him to.

Dice notes @ Hallia that it is nice to be appreciated but he was referring to Kat's "towny" comment about Zander, not Hallia's about Verb.

Marsh unvotes Verb, states Clov is making him nervous because after all the work he did trying to get people to post content he resorts to random.org voting me instead of voting specifically because I am being too quiet.  Marsh suspicious of both me and Clov. 

Zander asks Lessa to clarify how much mafia experience she has, whether she prefers being town or mafia, and who she has played with before on this roster.  Notes he is interested in seeing more on Hallia's Verb read, felt her response to Clov was a bit defensive - says he has seen her respond this way as both alignments.

Marsh notes he has played with Lessa before but it was not recent.

Zander hopes Clov is town.  Is sketched out by my lack of activity.  Likes Dice telling him to hold off on addressing Clov's question (unless Clov and Dice are scum together).  Wants Lessa to answer his further questions before commenting on her response and Clov's reaction to it.  Asks Clov to clarify why he voted me over Iron, Verb or maybe Hallia.  Notes Clov always makes him nervous.  Thinks Marsh should assume Clov's "random.org" reasoning was probably a joke.  Questions Marsh being suspicous of me and Clov, asks if he thinks we are mafia together.  Asks if Marsh has any town reads.

Clov clarifies random.org was not a joke, he has no preference between me, Marsh and Verb for who to lynch.  Has already given his other reads.  Objects to Marsh's characterization that he "dug at Kat" for four pages when he has already stated it was probably a good sign for her.

Zander notes he thought Clov's vote on me was for pressure.
Clov replies that it can be taken that way but he doesn't consider it "not a real vote"
Zander comments that it's not like it's a train building or a hammer vote so it doesn't bother him much.

Zander notes that he kind of agrees with Clov with regard to Marsh's characterization of the Clov/Kat exchange, but then says that Marsh says things that makes him scratch his head even when he's town.

Marsh clarifies that he does think it's possible that Clov and I are mafia together.  Has no town reads but town leans on Zander and Dice.  Asks whether he's misinterpreting Clov/Kat exchange as him being suspicious of her.

Verb weighs in on the "towny" vs "town" as semantics but whatever.  Thinks at the time Clov asked Kat to provide thoughts on the other players it looks like him stretching to fake effort in hunting, not a good look for Clov.  Questions how Clov ended up with Verbal in his POE, thinks Clov's D1 looks super weird from a townie POV. Votes Clov.  Characterizes Clov's treatment of Kat as hedging his bets.

Lessa responds to Zander's questions that she has played maybe 10 games since around 2013.  Prefers to be town as she tends to overthink when mafia.  Has played with Marsh, Dice, Verb and me before.   Responds to Clov that she is unsure how she feels about Hallia, Kat and me due to lack of content.  Unsure about Dice because he was a really good wolf as she recalls.  Null reads on Marsh and Zander, leans town on Verb.

Marsh suggests I take credit for getting a bite or two out of choosing not to post last night.  Apologizes for making Verb feel older.  Feels good about verbal for not auto town reading Clov just because he pushed past the fluff on D1.

Zander asks Marsh for reasoning for his town leans on Zander and Dice, asks who he is willing to lynch at this point.  Doesn't know what to make of Verb and Clov being suspicious of one another - asks Verb whether he feels he has a solid grasp of the game at this point, asks him for his top town and scum reads other than Clov and why.  Asks me for more content.  Asks Lessa how she feels about Clov, reminds her that she seemed to be suspicous of him earlier.  Gives meta on Hallia, Kat and me - notes Hallia is always a low poster regardless of alignment, whereas I hide from the thread as scum, and Kat will post but is normally confused D1 as town and will manufacture/force reads as scum.  Asks Lessa to clarify why she feels Verb is town.

Marsh indicates his town leans are due to tone so far.  Willing to lynch anyone but Zander, Dice, himself or Verb.

Zander seems slightly irked because Marsh one of "THOSE people"

Marsh feels rushed due to short deadline, states he is going to have to vote based on vague initial impressions.

Zander clarifies "those people" being those who include themselves in their own reads lists - does not understand the point.  Notes he also hates those people who post in LIGHT SALMON (I DO NOT FEAR YOU ZANDER)

Marsh states he likes to be thorough, and notes that he has in fact participated in his own lynch before, including last game when he was town Watcher, so he may include himself in his "willing to lynch" list at times

Zander notes he misses WiFi, including beating his head on the desk to try to understand her logic, jokes about Verb breaking DM.  Again asks me for content.  

Clov expresses incredulity that Marsh misinterpreted his town lean on Kat as being suspicious, and asks him to explain what he interpreted as expressing suspicion.  Explains his POE to Verb.  Notes @ Zander that he wasn't actually suspicious of Verb until Verb's post asking how he got into Clov's bottom 3.   Notes he can't read people who aren't posting, especially since his approach is to analyze whether they appear to believe what they are saying, with added meta.

Zander is still the one I feel best about.  Like his effort, like his energy, but most importantly feel he's sincerely trying to solve.  The questions to Lessa and his response to me seemed right, and I thought his take on me to Dice seemed genuine.

 

I'm never going to accept where Kat's coming from on a personal level, but I realize there's more than one way to play.  Not going to beat that horse - especially when I think she'd be more inclined to force some reads as mafia, and even though I don't like how she's arguing, i don't think it's scummy.

 

Dice being suspicious of me is probably more null than anything, but it's not a bad sign for him.  No issues with his questioning about me to Zander.  I think his thought process is more likely to be interpreting something differently than a deliberate misrep to make me look bad.

 

Lessa's the one I'm probably struggling with the most.  I disagree that there's likely to be a fight from that discussion pretty much ever (and I've been in a lot of mafia fights....), and even if she does believe that, I don't see where there's mafia motivation in THAT specific topic.  So that conclusion has me scratching my head.  At the same time, gut feeling says that would be a really strange way to make me look bad and kind of just want to believe it's a genuine thought of hers.  IDK.

I can see how it might read as defensive.  I was tired last night, feeling better today.  I'll be here for the next half hour.

 

Town reads mostly lie in Verb, Clov, and Zander.  

 

also @Katiora  it really isn't my new normal, I'm typically low, though I would say on average my posts have gone up from like two years ago?

Rand.org was his response I thought it wad a pressure vote but he confirmed it was random of his 3 top suspects.

Aside from that,  what I didn't copy/paste from my notepad doc was the player list where I noted every time a question popped into my head about potential teammates.  Everyone had at least one name that occurred to me as a possible, which kinda means I have taken a giant step backward in being able to soulread any of you.

 

More individual thoughts after i make a couple of phone calls.  Light, I despise working in a call center.
