Soy - why are you fighting against this so hard?

We're not even looking for a coroner's report, because as you said, you won't be dead. But you STILL BEING ALIVE is a pretty good clue that you're telling the truth about your role.

What is the big deal?

We're trying to vet you as town or out you as scum. If you're really town, you should be helping us instead of fighting us.

Amen. And also, as many of us that are making an issue of this, why is it that you're singling out Key? Are you afraid of the almighty female parts?

Posted

The only way I can "help you" in that plan is to lynch my self.... which I won't do. So go ahead... lynch me. Give the scum a free shot. I won't be commenting for the rest of this day.

If you really are unlynchable, you wouldn't care. You'd be more than happy with proving your role. I know I would be. I say let it be proven. The only other case I would be interested in seeing be proven is Tina's. Let's see what shakes loose.

Whoa, that's really harsh.

I honestly think the *only* correct play now would be to "lynch" you and therefore vet you.

Why are you afraid of being lynched if you are unlynchable?

Amen. As I've said.

Soy is totally being weird about this...

Vote Soy

Just finished catching up... and unless my count is wrong, that was a hammer.

I agree that the best move for today was going to have to be vetting Soy's claim. There would be too many questions hanging out there if we didn't test it. And his reactions have been... odd, although I wouldn't be too surprised if he was telling the truth. I'm assuming this is a one-time lynchproof role as he mentioned having to waste two days to test his alignment.

Still trying to make sense of the BG/Tina thing... Razen and Lenlo are pinging me a bit right now also, going to have to sleep on it and get some coffee in my system before I can define that further.

With no further ado... let me get right on that.

Well good... Now maybe we can focus on catching the real scum now... Though I'm guessing I won't survive tonight. If I don't, examine my lunch for scum. Good chance there are several on it.

That went quick. I would probably have voted Soy too if I had been here.

BG - you put yourself in that situation.

I´m so grateful that a lot of people point me out as town - feels good when night comes. I wouldn´t be surprised if at least one of you are scum.

Well, there it is. This is why I would have preferred to test Soy's claim as an alternative to Random/No Vote rather than a first choice.

After he had said that, I immediately thought of Christine's claim in the ASOIAF mafia game that Wombat ran. Just like then, we decided to charge in there and now we've wasted a day. I am noting who pushed that train along.

At least that time it didn't end the day.

Nowhere does it say that he is town, but I'm reasoning that since he was telling the truth about being lynchproof for today that he was trying to keep us from wasting today. And who benefits from a wasted day? The mafia and the SK (if there is one).

Posted

Yes. Mafia knows his alignment (well not if he is third party but I have never played with a lynch proof third party player) and although you might be right that there have been mafia that has tried to speed it up I also think that some would not vote him to look more town. Okay, just stating the obvious.

I´m a bit interested in taking a closer look at Tress.

Interesting. I think we'll find scum in the first half of this lynch. Scum probably pushed the lynch then it gained momentum with townies. That's my guess.

Posted

Yeah, but now we also have a (for all intents and purposes) vetted townie. I wouldn't chalk that up as a total loss.

Meh. I don't agree with that. For the record, also, I believe Ishy was the first on to vote Soy, not toward the end so watching vote count is an iffy way to judge who is scum.

In my experience as scum, unless I'm certain I'm going to win, I tend to hang back and let the townies choose who to lynch. Then I join in the middle providing *sufficient* reason. Mainly it's super crafty scum like Mynd, Red, Lily, Kivam, etc. who tend to lend/push lynches on someone.
