Some other things that are missing:

 

Red's Operation Domination was an alt account game. Post-game reveal was in a google doc that's no longer available, she never responded to my PM, I'm told there was no DT. If anyone happens to have a good memory I can fill in some wins/losses there.

 

Verb's first Assassins in the Palace game was mostly eaten by a forum update, if he or Lily happen to remember the outcome.

So go into night 2 town v 2 mafia v 1 wolf

 

(wolf had to be lynched for either town or mafia to win, so that wouldn't have been in doubt)

 

Wolves had the mafia team incorrect, so would have gone to day as either

 

1 town, 2 mafia, 1 wolf would have to check win con to see if mafia win at equal numbers with a kill in play

 

Or 2 town, 1 mafia, 1 wolf - lynch wolf, lynch mafia ( ), town win; so yes technically possible

 

It's also possible wolves would have won anyway

Also you should change Darthe's Metal Mafia to a draw, technically Verb/Des won on mod error since AJ purposefully didn't unvote me when he voted Pral(?) to trick the wolves into revealing themselves. Would have gone to a exciting F4 without that :)

Yeah I can alter the losers to draws. Verb and Despo would still get wins. Looks like the field was 2-2-2 when Pral got lynched. Could town still win or was it just a competition between the mafia factions at that point?

 

As for hidden games, I just need to get around to pestering Verb.

 

Wish I had details on the Blight games that got deleted a few weeks before I got around to entering them. :(

That was my first game :)

 

I remember my first ~6 games really clearly and then very few (pretty much downhill from there anyway lol)

What do the hearts mean?

Second lives, basically.  Phoenix, Reviver target, stuff like that.  It also applies to lynchproof and lynch blocking roles though the player didn't technically 'die', to better distinguish the progression of events in the game from No Lynch scenarios.

stats-wise you only win or lose once per game but might be credited for multiple deaths.  (Amadine was night killed in 110% of her first ten games iirc due to this.)

Database is back up to date. I also made the link for post stats live. It's not 100%, but I haven't worked on it in ages so I might as well throw it out there.  Vast majority of games are in it, and as far as I know every game from the 2014 volume spike on.

Question: The hearts. What do they mean and should I want more of them?

If you die and come back to life, basically.

 

Reviver target, phoenix, lynchproof and deathproof typically.  Sometimes they pop up in experimental builds for weird reasons.

 

I count lynchproof and deathproof procs as resurrections vs bpv procs as just a passive block, mainly because failed lynches are significantly different from a collective decision to not lynch and I wanted the game event progressions to reflect this.

 

Deathproof is so incredibly uncommon that I just applied the rule to all instances rather than just lynches for the sake of not confusing myself later on.

 

Entries with a heart don't count towards total games played, wins/losses/etc, but your stats can accumulate two night kills (or in a few rare cases two mislynches) in a single game.

The original games were called The Werewolf Game - I remember Good Grief talking about playing and thinking that it sounded fun. I don't remember who brought the games to DM. 

 

Things pretty quickly evolved into the mafia theme and terminology (scum) after that, due in part to MafiaScum being a go-to site at the time for their roles database. 

 

Then fire was invented. The wheel came a bit after that.

Hey, also, the mafia board didn't exist back then - all of the games were spread out between Fiddles and the different houses. At some point we got a "games board", but the other games never caught on and it finally evolved into the mafia board.
