This comes down to how good of a player you think that I am.

Let's list some facts about me.

 

1. I voted and prefered JS as a lynch yesterday, now known scum.

2. I participated on D1 only to the extent that I answered specific questions directed at me.

3. I spent the entire QT discussing night actions and mechanics, possibly had a post count equal to Zanders and Shads.

4. I was the lynch target of JS, now known scum.

5. I was wrong about mechanics.

 

1. Would I vote a scum friend on D1?

2. Would I lurk D1 as scum?

3. Would I spark the mechanics discussion in the QT as scum?

4. Would JS push me as hard as he did if I was scum?

5. Would I misrepresent mechanics on purpose as scum?

 

If you think I'm scum after these then you think that I am an extremely poor player. If you think I am at least decently capable then I can't see any scenario in which you would think I'm scum, unless you are.

There's nothing coded or hidden about it. I'm not implying anything new that was not there on the surface last night. If I wasn't allowed to refer to it the rules would not say that I am allowed to refer to it.

I can vouch for my statements in the QT. I said exactly what I meant and I havent seen anything beyond hally trying to twist it as a slip to give me any reason to not want to say that. I didnt submit a requested place between tel and stedding and it goes to reason that if others didnt that it was selected for them too.

The scum slip isn't the QT you went to, it's the posts you made after the deadline at EoD.

I think I might readjust my read on believer....I think he might be scummy after all.....just saying.....cause if he can get the fact that posting a is against the rules and not just referring back to a conversation in the qt then I can totally believe that he understood full well that a person in TR could kill someone in either the stedding/TR.

So you're probably wondering why aren't I voting you...for a couple of reasons:

 

1. Hallia (who I have as sli. scum. ) wanted JS lynched before you and he was wolf....either makes her town and she did claim doc and you townier or she was scum bussing and distancing from you....only reason for this I can see is if you had better pr than js....but to be honest before I type a wall of text: I think you're town... *sigh* maybe possibly very very slightly....on the edge.......razor sharp edge......

Misleading the thread into accepting incorrect game mechanics would be a calculated move. I'd have to think about that and then weigh the pros and cons of it.

When I post a mechanical analysis I know that it's going to be fact checked, people aren't just going to take my word for it. Am I really that stupid/bad as to try to pull that scam off? When I know for a fact that it's going to get called out? That would be incredibly poor play.

 

Indeed, my analysis puts the spotlight on myself if I have it right. Remember that the cornerstone of my argument was that there has to be scum in the Stedding. I included myself in that list.

So I screw myself in either case, if I'm scum. Either people believe me and I'm in a group of 5 that will be looked at very closely, or I get called out and called scum for misleading the thread.

 

Am I going to pull that, knowing that both outcomes bite me in the behind?

How do you get from one to the other? These things are so unrelated I can't even.

I wouldn't be so bold. I've played in 100+ Mafia games and never rolled scum. I wouldn't start my first one by playing so risky.

I've explained that I find that reprehensible, I wouldn't do it. Take me at my word or don't, it's the reason.

Eyes weren't on me, I had consensus time until D2. I was actively trying to solve the game together with the players I chatted with.

To each their own, to me it seems stupid to push hardcore for a scumbuddy when the leading wagon is also your scumbuddy, you're not trying to save either of them. Arguably it's playing against your wincon at that point.
