In all seriousness, Zard is okay because it has 4 letters like Shad, has the ad sound, and it has the Z and r in Zander. It's also similar to certain other silly villains' names (Khan and Zurg) which is good if you want to describe the combination of super serious fun that is zander and the more methodical and insidious shad.

On the other hand it's not as easy to remember as a combination of names like Shander
