Turin, thoughts on Pral?

Only 3 posts that I sort of just glossed over. Looking back at the content I am a little concerned. He named nearly half the game saying there was a baddie in the group. Random says that most.likely correct. I disagree with the vote on Sooh. I think from what he posted Nol or Lily would be a more appropriate vote. He seems to.be voting Sooh for bad play rather than mafia play.

 

Maybe I am reading that wrong but it leads me to see a possible Nolder, Alanna, Pral team. Which would mean I am wrong about Thane.

Can you expand on what you're seeing connects Pral to myself and Lily? I'm not understanding that.

It was Alanna I see you and Pral possibly working with. You both seem to have mentioned some things about her and/or put her in your wtl pile but are pointing away from her.

 

It gives me the feel of soft distancing While defending. Nolder, you went for Lily once she voted Alanna but removed your vote from her directly after she unvoted Alanna. Pral voted Sooh (wrongly IMO) for "dragging Alanna into the thing with Z, lily and you". I don't recall that happening. Maybe Pral can explain and/or show where that happened.

@Nol, you tell me. I had you possibly with Pral and Alanna. I merely thought that based on what Pral posted I thought his natural vote would have gone to either you or Lily. That he voted Sooh for what seemed like a bad reason felt like it was to keep Alanna out of sight.

To be honest Alanna, your actual content has not been overly bad. It is more that I found suspicious two things related to you. I don't think I would be voting you over either of them today.

And probably look at Turin closer should 2 of you flip town. Having a solve already is highly unlikely, and presenting it seems like a scummy misleading thing to do. I would expect scum to list 1 of their teammates in a solve, which is why I say 2 of 3.

Saying stuff for the sake of saying it.  Disingenuous perhaps.  I think he forced himself into the game in regards to my comment.  I get people are saying they didnt read it as a joke but it still felt off to me.

This is a strange response from Eld considering Im currently voting Sooh.  And its not like you havent seen me do it before with Len in Clov's game and Yates/Sili in SW.

 

 

BFG, that was it irt Thane. He said exactly that Eldrick was not paying attention. That sort of slip and response I could see as potential w/w. Eldrick saying he had a slight mafia lean on me for it seemed to reinforce that feeling. At least for me.

 

Eldrick's excuse was he made a mistake, im not saying you are necessarily wrong with your feel but Thane saying Eld's not paying attention was accurate based off of Eld's response.

Here it looks like you are chastising Nolder for in effect poo-pooing my thoughts about possible teammates.

My mafia lean was because you quoted my original vote, and used it for basis on your vote on Thane, when I had already said mine was a mistake. It had nothing to do with Thane's response to the interaction, which FTR is null to me.

I don't really have strong reads on people, but I disagree with Sooh as a mafia read (although this read doesn't surprise me from Zander) and am surprised that Thane and Laine are so high.

 

The rest is probably more tweaking than outright disagreement

 

Do you feel that you read Sooh particularly well?

 

Why doesnt my read of Sooh surprise you especially since we are reading her differently according to this post?

 

I've explained Thane.  Alanna is one of the spots where me and Cory differ, he has her higher and I have lower.  But either way we have better Scum reads in Sooh and Eld which we agree on thus far.

 

Can you provide some reads so we can see where we differ?

 

You are one of the people Im considering letting into my Town Core so I'd like to see where you stand as well.

It's not something I've seen him do this early before, again as either alignment (i won't pretend a photographic memory of his games though)

 

I think he's trying to be more concise with his thoughts and reads lists are one way to do that. I don't want to judge him on the presentation of thoughts over the thoughts themselves. If it wasn't for placement of some of his reads I'd probably have him as cautious town at this point

 

 

Ive posted reads list D1 as both alignments.  But BFG did partly answer why I did it along with the fact I also have CoryGOAT <3 <3 <3 reading the game with me, so you know he's kinda a big deal and has told me we are solving the game early.  #SOUL/GUTREADS FTW

I believe you misrepresent me here, I wanted "to see if Zander was going to bring it up again or make a big deal out of it....". You imply I thought you were going to make a big deal out of it and I was waiting for it to happen. On the contrary, if you never brought it up again that has different implications as well. No smoking gun either way, but clues to something. Something for my notes list at least. However, Turin brought it up again and it was going to get responded to anyway. So I thought I'd poke a little harder since it was brought up and see where it leads. 

 

I can see a few major possibilities here, one of which is Mafia with good fake claim itching to use it. There are some good town reasons for you to do this as well.

As it sits, you got defensive over a single vote/prod.
