If Im reading this correctly you seem like you think you've pegged 2 poss scum (Nolder, NotBob) atp.  Have you been this accurate with players you havent really played with this much before this early?

That's true but it's also valid. The reason why it's easy to push as scum is because townies should be concerned with lack of activity.

I'm generally at 50% or above in terms of D1 accuracy. 2 scumbags found on day one of the previous game I played here can't remember how many I accused or voted but I don't think I directly accused more than 4 people. 3 scumbags in five accusations day one of the taleworlds game that recently ended, and 1 scumbag found on day one of the giraffe game that I played in most recently out of two direct accusations. That's my three most recent, but sure I've had games where I missed more than I hit. I could go back and count if it's that important.

 

I found a scumbag who I had never even played with before and hadn't posted yet at all in one game. Still proud about that one. I even explained why he was scum based on the behavior of others in that game, and why you shouldn't trust his eventual cop claim. And he did claim cop and he avoided the lynch and he was scum and was promptly lynched the next day. Called that one so hard. That one was a while ago but I'm still proud of that feat. That's tricky, and it was on day one.

 

Look, if random voting is about 25% or so in terms of accuracy, having a guy who is usually 50/50 making accusations is an advantage. I'm not saying I'm infallible, but even when I completely whiff it on day one, the reactions of others in the game often build to something useful.

Oh, I also voted 1 scumbag d1 and lynched another scumbag who was my number 2 candidate d2 and said always lynch the first guy before I died in the most recent CFC game. Both of those were scum. The only scum I didn't personally find that game was the inactive d1 who was replaced at the end of d2, and I was deaded.

 

So, pretty on the ball last 4 games.

I'd never seen Dice or Lenlo as scum before,

I'd never seen Adaham or Phonemelter as scum before, did see SootShade as scum and he played pretty differently, still said he was scum.

I had seen Flying Squid be scum before.

I had never seen KingMorgan or Cuthilius be scum before.

 

So 6/8 were folks I'd never seen scum before.

Scumtells are more useful when the scumbag in question doesn't understand it's a tell. That's probably why I have success with folks I have never seen play before, because they don't have any pizza antibodies yet.

hello all. I've been reading the entire game through mailnotifications. Honestly, that stinks. You can't tell who quoted what and it's hella confusing.

 

My employer has decided to block DM, so I am unable to login apart from the little time i spend at home. That having been said, I'll still try to pitch in where needed and get this victory for town. I wanna go out with a blast, after all. 

 

What I've been seeing from Pizza a lot, no hard feelings, feels quite provocative. I don't know if that's your regular playstyle or not, but i wonder what you hope to achieve with it. In the end, town victory, i hope. You're the easiest player to read at this point, because you post... well... a lot. I have you as a slight town lean, and we'll see how that will progress throughout the game.

 

For the rest of you lot: I'll get a better read on you D2.... i know you better and i'll start connecting dots then *nods* I don't have an overly scummy feeling on anybody, nor a cleared town read. So, I guess we'll see

Can you put this into an actual case rather than this bulleted list sort of thing? I can sort of see what your getting at with Nolder but before I do anything on the matter I want you to spell it out for me. This way I can understand more where your coming from and get you locked down into a case on Nolder so you cant shift the goal posts/do scum things about it later on.

 

Basically I would like you to clarify this if you dont mind.

Fence sitting? Did you even read the rest of the post? I was asking him to put his case on you in less, more concrete words. The "I can sort of see" language was because the dude posts a small essay every time he cases someone. I was helping YOU by making him do a clearer writeup.

Honestly, Zander is bugging me. Theres not enough lols and I get the feeling he is trying to look helpful but got into to quickly because the thread got more serious than he could to quickly.Im keeping an eye on him and dont mind where my vote currently is, even though it was originally there for a joke.

Underwhelmed by NotBob and Nolder's reactions to my cases on them, pretty sure there's at least one wolf contained within. Very satisfied with my D1 so far.

 

In other news, I'd cut Zander a break for a little bit. I know he's out of sorts but I don't think it's alignment indicative at present. I would wager we'll see old Zander back within a few days.
