Ok let's start from the top, these aren't in any particular order aside from category, AJ and Clov I feel have showed their town chops early.

 

Shad I believe has gotten caught up in nonsense. I can't be sure if it's town on town violence or if Calder is scummy but for now leaning town on town since I don't feel malice from either side only frustration. They're trying to hard to come to an understanding but can't. Scum usually drop the walls and end the discussion after awhile. Shad came out looking more frustrated and sincere so that's why I think he's town but I just didn't feel the same to a degree I'd be ok with from Calder.

 

Hallia, Thane, Dice all badly need to post more.

Crusher said he'd post more content later so I'll give him more time.

Xander (my last letter of alphabet key is broken so I'm going to use x here instead) I'm not sure of. I think he said enough for me to possibly get a read but I kind of glossed over his posts so that's my fault.

 

Nyn got caught up with Calder/Shad and then Kiv. I almost thought she was scum because she was threatening to self vote and claiming and such but then Kiv dropped this whole oh it was just a trap and I caught Crusher routine. I don't feel great about Nyn but not ready to write her off as scum either.

 

First of all the "trap" was dumb in the first place. Playing "gotcha!" with the way people talk is retarded and usually goes nowhere. Secondly it seemed to me Kiv was more interested in pushing Nyn's buttons than using her to trap others and just decided on that after the fact. It makes me even more wary that he "caught" Crusher since Crusher is a notoriously hard person to lynch and someone scum would want to take down early if they could. The whole thing just left me feeling slimey on Kiv and I'd be happy to vote him off.

 

And Alanna. She kind of came off with this weird attitude earlier in the game and it hasn't worn off yet. Could be lack of sleep...maybe. But she functions fairly well with lack of sleep so I think I'm less willing to give her the benefit of the doubt than I otherwise might be. She did say she wouldn't be able to play much until Thursday iirc so I'd rather lynch Kiv before Alanna just to see where she goes from here but I won't complain much if this is who we lynched.

I like these reads.  I will move Nol up into my townish reads.

Also a little worried about Zander atm Not for anything in particular, but because I would expect to have seen more of him in the thread?

I think collectively you don't look good right now. I think the way you handled the situation with Calder comes from scum more often than not. I don't get the impression you were trying to clarify anything, instead attempting to characterize Calder's actions as negative. The level of density to your arguments doesn't feel genuine to me for how quickly it escalated. Granted, maybe I just haven't seen you in heated arguments until now but from the games I have seen you play as a townie you're more the observant type and your posts are typically very astute. I don't get that impression here.

 

Also the way you're questioning Crusher here about where to go next if he flips town as you seemingly gear up to vote him makes me uneasy.

 

First paragraph, I've yet to see anyone actually bring up my points and agree or disagree with them.  You are someone I kind of rely on as town to consider the substance of my argument carefully.  Your town game tends to have an investigative phase followed by concrete convictions.  I feel like you're skipping the former here and you're not barreling all out into the latter either.  If you are town you owe it to us to consider whether my points are right or not, not just suss me because it was... too dense?  Not astute?  I'm not sure where this comes from.

 

Red is more what troubles me here though, because it doesn't jive with your meta on me.  You are worried about a negative agenda but you see me do this as town constantly.  I asked Verbal questions like this when I was like 90% sure he'd been cop viewed to be scum.  I threw Laine a lot of lifelines in SW while I was drilling her into the ground.  I even joked about how Kiv would hate me for it when we town together in PF scum QT.  I want to know the honest thoughts of someone who may soon be a muted confirmed town, and I want to force a potential scum to lie more and maybe slip up--reveal himself further or potentially townspew someone.

 

Why does me asking Crusher who he thinks we should target next while I'm considering voting him bother you?

Why do you hate that post, Calder?

Several posts before he expressed a willingness to join the Crusher lynch. But, then this question doesn't read to me as if he suspects him. It really concerns me that he is trying to line up someone for tomorrow to lynch once Crusher flips town, under the guise that its a strong case bc Crusher (may he rest in peace) also suspected him.

 

He also hasn't been on Crusher much before this. He is just joining and to post this doesn't feel like he believes he is scum. So why the willingness to lynch him?

 

 

I don't like this post from you, tbh.  At best its reflective of confirmation bias, since that question could easily come from a townie who doesn't have a clue which way the player they're willing to vote will flip.  I think Crush is scum, but this is a D1 call so the odds that I'm wrong are pretty damn good.  Shad pointing out that Crush flipping town isn't necessarily damning for me and Nyn is actually the exact opposite of trying to line someone up for a lynch, and if Crusher is town then having his reads would be a useful point for townies to consider.
