I'm not liking Hallia's reaction towards Kivam/Mish. She brought up two reasons for voting them - Kivam's policy lynch vote for Andrej and Mish's defensiveness regarding her response to Laine's proposal to lynch all hydras. Hallia addressed the part about the policy lynch - because she feels it's an easy way to hop on and stay on Andrej's train. I'm neutral on that response - it is, but it really only works for day 1. But what about the part regarding Mish? She changed their vote, and while it did come across as defensive, you can't say that Kivam/Mish's vote has stayed parked on one person as Hallia is claiming it would be easy to do.

I approve of this post. I'm fine with people dropping early serious votes without much to go on though. It steps things out of joke phase.

OK, genuinely not liking the byplay between Sili and Hally there. Have no idea what the relevant difference they're relying on is. Someone care to explain?

Laine is (seemingly) using her hydra position to try and figure out this game. But obviously her position on LAH needs to change with evidence/reads, so she needs to have some kind of progression. Otherwise it's a poor excuse for play.

@Razen - Have you seen anythign better? He didn't move it. I know that his partner did, but it stands out to me as scummy.

Kind of feels like Zander calling me out for inactivity 4 hours into the game while I was sleeping. Meh. Not liking the vote is ok. Not liking that it was still there a few hours later is kind of whatever at this stage.

Step 1: Sili says he finds looking crosseyed at someone for following through on what they said they were going to do in a signup thread is scummy

Step 2: I'm wondering if that's really his thought process or he's just looking for someone to FoS, so I ask for his view on Hally doing the same thing to me

Step 3: He says "oh, that's different because [explanation I don't follow at all]"

Step 4: Hally says "yep, that's why it's different"

Step 5: You townread Hally for it.

???

I couldn't care less about any of this

Hallia's probably a villager because she's acting like she does as a villager

As for your sour grapes with AJ and what it implies in this game - I don't care. If you are going to make it into what this game is about for you, I fully support eye rolls until you discuss something that people actually care about

I think it's because they're afraid they'll be accused of misrepresenting content if they clip it

I've never actually seen a callout for this or taken issue with it. As long as there's a link clipping/spoiler tagging is fine. If something seems fishy I'm going to look back anyway.

Okay. Hydras. We have.. 8 of them. My theory is that at least a few are on the mafia team. I suggest that we just start lynching them to A- decrease post counts B- hit scum within a smaller pool ( 8 < 20 )

2 - math says there should be two among the 8 hydras, so there's no greater harm in this approach than focusing on the game as a whole on d1. So have at it

Actually, mish, there is a logic (to cut down on game bloat) that is good enough to start with, since it's not mathematically worse than any other random group of players. ......................and for us, it's actually mathematically better, since we'd be looking for 2 scum out of seven hydras - a 29% chance - instead of 5 scum in 19 players (a 26% chance). Of course, that assumes an even distribution, but if we're going to look at a random pool of 8, I'd rather it be one we're in rather than one we're not Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk

Really, this is a big game. There are more players than there would normally be because of the hydras. I'm also in two other games, work full time, and start school in a week. If I can select optimal slots that will cut down pages through working POE in that select group, then I'll do it because it seems more logical to me than choosing 8 "random" slots. Killing two birds with one stone, IMO.

It's also really fun to rant and rave about something. You just have to #believe with me.

On one hand you're saying Mish is prolly not the jokey kind, which implies you are joking. On the other hand, you're saying it's gonna help working through your POE, which implies you're being serious. So... which one is it?

I knew someone would point that out, Nyn. And hi <3 My asking about Mish's playstyle was a separate thought from the lines below it. She came off very serious to me, whereas I was playfully poking and prodding at the time, so I asked the question. The word "really" would indicate the change of thought. I would say that I'm #serious about LAH but I do take a lighthearted approach to this Lynch All Hydras thing because it was a joke when I did it in Star Wars. I set it up to get Thane/Verbal lynched when I had a guilty on them, iirc. I also think throwing it out like I did netted some good responses from people as well.
