At this point Basels only chance of survival if he was mafia was to try and CC Hallia. If he hadnt then he would have been insta lynched. Besides theres most likely one more mafia left after we lynch Basel, meaning that they still would have a chance to win, though slim, even after hes gone.

Kent knocked on the frame of the open door into Dr. Hathaway's office.  The professor stood looking out the window, back to the door, hands gripped tightly behind his back.

 

"You wanted to see me, Jerry?"

 

Dr. Hathaway turned.  "I've told you before, Kent, you don't get to use my first name."

 

"Sorry, Jerry...  what?"

 

Hathaway gritted his teeth in frustration, then spoke in a cold voice. "There was an incident in the lab this morning."

 

"Look Jerry," Kent blustered as he stumbled closer to Dr. Hathaway's desk.  "I don't know what Knight told you, but --"

 

"Chris Knight didn't have to tell me anything, Kent.  Did you really think after their little pool party stunt that I wouldn't put security monitors in the lab to make sure Knight's attitude wasn't holding up the project?  I saw what you did."  The last four words were punctuated with fists pounding on the mahogany desktop.

 

"But Jerry!  I've done everything you've asked me to do for the project.  I've mounted the optics for the phase conjugate target tracking system! The mirror is almost ready! It's not my fault the laser's not..."  Kent trailed off as he saw the fury on Hathaway's face.

 

"You damaged equipment, Kent.  The laser needs to be finished next week, and you destroyed what progress Chris and Mitch had made."

 

"Jerry, I'm --"

 

"Out.  You're out.  Now get out of my office."

These where the reads i saw when i iso'd basel gill. 

 

He changes up on lenlo and pray. Lenlo was more of a joke so not as concerning but basel was pretty adamant about wanting to lynch me and pray and then she became a solid town player. So thats weird

 

He defends mish and with her post up above that leaves me troubled. I assume playing into basel's doc claim for town cred.

Hallia, when situations like these come I am super paranoid. And the fact that no-one else stopped to question didn't help either.

Yeesh. Why does discussing a possible evil mod setup make me derp? Since at one time I thought about running a game, asking

within a game with skilled players seemed like a way to get good feedback on the possibility. Apparently, the only opinion is that

I shouldn't even talk about the possibility.
