Can you re-explain your town lean on Basel? Cuz I'll be blunt it looks like some meta junk you made up. I don't understand the confidence.

If I had time to find examples I would but go back a year and read any five games with him in them.  He played almost all of them then.  He is opinionated as town and while he is experienced he never showed a lot of.... interest in playing the metagame I guess would be the best way to explain it.  He stated what he thought and if people didn't agree he didn't much bother with rationalizing it, explaining it or defending himself.  He died a lot for that as a townie.  As scum he was quiet and reserved, went with the group most of the time.  

 

I see Basel doing that here.  Thus, while perhaps not the most helpful of people he is likely town.  I'll acknowledge that he is going with me a fair bit but I also consider myself pretty outside of the group this game so I see it as fitting.

A bit busy week at work this week. Should get better later this week but not before.

Anyway, just had a read of the entire thread. Here are my reads of players. Took longer than expected.

1. Zanube - has a couple more posts than me :) I am particularly interested that his two main scum reads are those with the largest trains currently. Agreed that he could be influenced by the opinions of others, but that definitely stands out. Null.

2. Clovdyx - Has been pretty good at scumhunting. Like posts like this and this where he is actively questioning and scumhunting. Leaning town.Town.

3. CrayLee (Kaylee/Cory): In my other post, I mentioned how I was slightly suspicious of Cory. Kaylee does not seem very straightforward in her posts. I am a bit iffy of the fact that she is sure of me being town (here and here) with just one post, especially in which I call Cory out as my top suspect (which she does not address btw). Her vote on Amega looked like a good jumping-on-the-train vote. Leaning scum

4. Tsuki - His "case" and vote on Darthe seemed forced and quite opportunistic. However, I agree with his point on Hallia and in general, his other reads somewhat matches with mine. Null read however.

5. Amega - I see him making an effort to put his thoughts down, similar to what I noticed in the last game I played with him. Haven't played with him enough to know his meta. He is usually an easy target because of his aggressive posting. And, I believe that is what is happening in this game. I can see scum pushing his train. Leaning town.

6. Yates - Milton, Vanilla Town - Modkilled D1

7. Leno - He is in his usual jokey + occasional analytical meta. Tough to get whether he is town or scum. Though he seems to have parked his vote on Amega, and playing a safe game. A very safe game. Leaning scum.

8. Dawthe (Darthe/Dawn) - I do not agree with Tommy here about emotional Darthe. Darthe in Twillight game showed a lot of frustration and had an emotional outburst with Cory. I feel he is usualy like that Day 1 and starts bringing his good game D3 onwards. Again, leaning town here.

9. Hallia - from his posts, she seems the usual Hally with low content on Day 1. Null read on her, but slightly town intuition wise.

10. Pral - Town, yes.

11. Nommy (Nyn/Tommy): I have not seen him as town yet, except for a game I modded. So, it is difficult to get a good read on him. Though I notice that when he is scum he picks on any small opportunity/slips he gets and drils down to trap a townie in the ensuing arguments. I am not seeing that aggressive Tommy here. It feels more like he is looking at various persons and getting his reads. Leaning town.

12. Mish - Slightly iffy on her with her nudges in this post and here. She usually does that a lot when she is scum but not seeing enough of that here. Null, but could be scum. INteresting she clears Len and Kaylee as town here who are my top 2 scum reads.

13. Basel - As I mentioned in my earlier post, think he is town because of his posting without abandon. It has not lessened even in his later posts.

Overall, I think Len, Craylee are scum - Tsuki/Zanube/Mish/Hallia null - Tommy, Darthe, Basel, Amega, Clov town.

Pral: How have I not been straightforward? I said you looked town because the way the way you posted your reads came across as your town self to me. As for Amega I cased him, made points and voted. No didn't address where you called Cory a big scum lean. I didn't feel the need to comment at the time. I don't always comment every time my name I'd mentioned. Was there something I didn't answer about it? If so tell me and I will.
