Yall know the most hilarious thing? The way I learned how to fly in my dreams was literally how Doug Adams described: Fall and aim for the ground and miss. At the last second, forget that you were falling in the first place, and imagine that you're actually floating.

I don't think your point about people ignoring Tress means anything considering she hasn't done anything alignment indicative yet. If anything it's slightly scummy to be entirely OT. If it makes you feel better I'm not convinced like the others. Your snarkiness is something I take for granted and is not alignment indicative afaik.

 

What I think looks bad for you is:

 

-You opened with two joke posts, then

 

-Immediately pounced on Xthrax for trying to "appear town" with a post that doesn't look any different to me from the openings of several players

 

That appeared "out of the flow" to me, but at this point I simply disagreed with your assessment and considered you to still be null, but then

 

-You spent several posts being defensive, and

 

-The only other player you've talked about is Des, based on meta, in passing, and

 

-You never followed up on Xthrax suspicion.

 

I would expect you to want to hammer that point if you really believe in it or think you can clear yourself through proving it. The added defense of

 

-Claiming we should be averaging our opinions of the hydra heads or somesuch

Because this is important and worth responding to:

I fly in my dreams. Pretty much every night.

 

I used to have flying dreams a lot more as a kid but now I have them maybe a couple of times a year - if I'm lucky.  In my dreams I fly by "pushing off" the air - kind of like swimming underwater.  Sometimes I fly so high I get a little worried I might forget how to fly all of a sudden and just fall.

 

Also, more often than the "flying" dream I have a dream where I can run REALLY fast.  Like, I take a stride but I'm so light on my feet I gain velocity and accelerate so quickly that all of a sudden I've run so far and so fast that it's only then I realize I shouldn't be able to do that.  It's like picking up steam when you are on a bike accelerating down a long steep mountain road.  It's pretty awesome.

Adding to this, Dawn's OP struck me as terribly awkward and her reaction to pressure as even more awkward. When she places a vote, it's for Red refusing to capitalize letters. Later says she has no idea who is scummy and who isn't because we're all joking around -- has yet to comment on the Mish situation which is the least jokey thing in the thread. Yeesh. I'm trying to decide if it's more likely she voted a teammate in this situation. If both Cory and I saw the same pings at the same time then it's highly likely we're right. I advocate for Dawn votes.
