Sign Ups - Mass Effect I - Advanced/Experimental

This game will be hosted by Csarmi and Chaelca. This is going to be an advanced/experimental game.

Experimental because this shall be a Hydra game. Most of the "slots" (possibly all of them) will be played by two players. They'll share a QT, vote, alignment and for all game purposes they will count as one player.

 

Mechanics of interest: hammer game (but no penalty on not achieving a lynch). Days will be as long as activity calls for, nights will be ~18 hours. Role claims will be possible, character claims or hints won't be.

We will need 12-15 slot worth of players. So about twice as that. You can choose your pair, but you aren't guaranteed to get it if there aren't enough players signing up to have full pairs. Please indicate if you'd like to go solo.

 

Note: hydras will have completely open communication with one another.

In the year 2148, explorers on Mars discovered the remains of an ancient spacefaring civilization. In the decades that followed, these mysterious artifacts revealed startling new technologies, enabling travel to the furthest stars.

Using their new technology, humans found new planets, new species… a whole new dimension, with at its head the Council, governing the space traveling races.

Humans need now to make a place for themselves. They need to be trusted, recognized for their strengths. Commander Shepard has received the first possible honor; he is the first human to be declared SPECTRE (special tactic and recon agents with extraordinary powers responding immediately to the Council)

He’s now sent to a mission to arrest Saren Arterius, a former spectre, running rogue and allied to an A.I. machine who has for goal to destroy all advanced organic civilizations.

I would love to play a game like this. It would be great to share a hydra with one of my favourite DM players and learn more. But... my limit is 1 game and now I´m playing 3... If I´m down to one before this has filled up I will probably join.

probably... you mean like can you talk to one another using other methods such as RL, facebook, google, phone, whatever?

 

Gotta think about that. Maybe have to ask the maffia admins.

I'd play with Turin - but if we were playing together like this we wouldn't be able to separate it out and would end up breaking the rules.
