Actually can we make a second list in the Advanced queue for reserve slots?

 

It takes forever for sign-up threads to open and I think it has a lot to do with people being unsure whether Key or Wombat or whoever is actually going to run one this time.

 

Can we just remove them from the list proper and grant them the next available slot when they're actually ready?
