Im not sure why this worries you so much. If he finds all the town the mafia are obvious. You dont need to find mafia to find mafia

 

Most of the time all you have to do is sort who you think the town are from who you arent sure of and who you are wary of. Mafia generally just appear when you do that

NotBob is the one with character name in chinese (if I remember correctly, his name means "not Bob" or something along those lines.
