You all do realize that the "man Despo was certain was evil and was chasing" is Kae right? And with him flipping Town, it really starts to add some credence to his case on her. Will think a minute, would like to hear someone else's view on this. And also makes me fear for BG.

 

So far Darthe has included the players genders in the RPs. I don't know if he also included the Mafia's genders in the scenes but if he did then Kae isn't the Poisoner. This of course is pure speculation from my part but it's at least something to think about. 

 

 

I see I have about a day left if the poison is consistent.

 

Can you investigate Kae this night? I fear that this issue won't resolve itself without an investigation or a lynch. 

 

I'm a little confused that Peter would be town based on the wiki report on him. Perhaps he really was recruitable. again pure speculation on my part.

I dunno. But to say Kae is definitely mafia because Despo thought so is flawed logic. Since he was vanilla he obviously didn't have a view or anything like that. I dunno, the only game I've played with poison was the Hobbit-game and there it was specifially said that the one person who got poisoned, died from poison. I don't know if I'm reading too much into the scene.

First comment about Darthe's scene: Doesn't make sense and seems to be working hard at trying to clear Kae.

Next: Directing the flavor cop. Asking him to view Kae. So sure she will come back town are you? How?

Third: I was trying to explain that it is possible that Despo was never completely turned as he was killed before the poison could take it's full effect. The line about  it being a mercy could be viewed as either saving the painful death the poison could cause or that it saved him from becoming a blood sucking Demon. As to there being something in Despo's flip that he was specifically recruitable is also looking to be spoon fed. It is just as likely that everyone is recruitable with a few exceptions that are noted specifically.

Fourth: Where is the sign of paralysis. You know something avbout the poison the rest of us don't? It is clear that Despo died from being stabbed so the poison never took its full course.

Final: really? going shawshank? I don't like that you imply that you are town with your statement while trying to make it look like Ithi is not. Then you turn around and say that because she writes differently than Dice that you don't want to vote her. You were already voting Basel so you are trying to get people to back off her. Many are afraid that She will turn her eye of Mafia finding on them and so leave her be during the day to kill at night.

Ok, let me prove you wrong on all the points:

Now, I'm no doctor but rattling limbs and burning blood isn't really a sign of good health is it? Despo swung his body around the corner with EFFORT. In other words his limbs felt heavy, he also had trouble breathing. These symptoms are early stages of paralysis. When a person is paralysed his breathing will eventually stop and then he dies. The killer finished him off with the dagger and called it "mercy" because he gave him a quick death. 

 

1. My theory about gender does make sense. It has yet to be proven wrong. I never said that we should go by that fact alone. I was only theorizing like everyone else. 

2. I'm not sure that Kae will come back as Town. I'm just saying that we should investigate her before she MIGHT Poison more players.

Cloud, I have my own suspicions of Basel and have since D1 so do not even think you were the first to question Basel. I am just troubled by the fact that many people that I find suspicious are voting him.

 

That both of your first statements seem to be driving at protecting Kae is what makes me suspicious. The statement "If Darthe did this, then Kae is not the poisoner." That is a definitive statement even with the If. Saying it is speculation afterward is trying to provide wiggle room for later on in case you are called on it.

 

Anytime players attempt to direct the doc or cop is also a real ping if you will.

 

You state that you are not a doctor. I am not either, I don't even play one on TV. Yet you can conclusively state that those are symptoms of paralysis. Early symptoms. Yet you initial statement is that he was PARALYZED and then stabbed. The poison may have been making progress toward killing him yet he was hardly paralyzed at the point of his death. pick a story and stick with it.

 

Ithi had 5 votes and was the co-leader in votes with what was thought to be about 6 hours left. You remember what happened on D1 right? There was going to be consolidation happening on either her or Basel. A full claim would not even have been out of line in that situation. Ithi is one to claim early just because her play style draws a lot of heat. I was suspicious of some of the things Dice did too but I was very suspicious of him in a recent game and he flipped town so I dunno. 

 

BTW, I stated the post was awful because it made my mafia alarm bells go off. This is a game and nothing is intended to be personal.

You are right about directing the Gunsmith. I shouldn't have done it. The gender thing though was just a late night bit of failed theorizing. I forgot about TG and Buffy. I never said I used it as a case.

- I have valid reasons to vote on Basel and I stated them pages back. You can find me suspicious, but then it wouldn't matter on who I voted you would still go after me.

- When I read the scene I imagined he was paralysed. I don't like your attack on me because I think that he was paralyzed by poison, while others think he turned to a vamp or got killed by the Vig. There are a lot of things going on and you are getting tunnel vision on the wrong person, Turin.
