BG, that or they just copied the quote from one tab into another.

That would make sense if the odd formatted spot was the quote, or if the whole post was that way.

For some reason it does happen when you cp and paste from tab to tab. The other time it happens is when you want to parse a quote, so you cp and paste the same quote multiple time in the same post.

Why do you continue to copy, refresh, and paste if it is going to get you flak?

Because I'm lazy and dislike rewriting things. I avoid it when possible.

For some reason this actually strikes me as a town thing to say. Lazy play is pretty scummy, but admitting to being lazy despite it being able and draw heat to you? Seems town to me.

IMO copy and pasting something isn't particularly 'lazy' per se, but since you think it is, what makes you think it's intentional as opposed to a slip? Seems slightly abritrary

Just weird formatting on it's on is an absurd reason to vote someone. It is always worth noting privately though, because sometimes copying something from a QT can be noticably different in font, size and background.

And oh my god, I hadn't realized I'd been so inactive in this game! That'll stop right now.

The more I try to make sense of this the more my head hurts. I have no clue what you're talking about.

Sorry, I'll try to explain. You say you think lazy play is scummy. What makes this instance of lazy play different? It's not a major point to be honest but I was wondering

Simple, lazy play is typically scummy because it is anti-town play. The mentality that if it doesn't help it hurts. So in this instance, we have someone admitting to plays that could be done better. IE: it draws interest to them. Mafia tends to avoid that (unless it is a very advanced player) so this is actually usable as a town tell.

This is one of the weirdest posts I've seen in awhile.

I think I am going to come back with a case on Des soon, but the TL'DR version for those of you who won't want to read it is that Des is clear mafia and you should kill him or, if you do not believe me then kill me and then him. Essentially he is baiting a way to get psuedo-town credit early game by trying to draw heat without as much to go on, but I will break that meta-analysis down later.

Whatever happened to this?

FYI to all: I will be gone from Thursday morning to Sunday evening while I spend Thanksgiving weekend at my sister's house, and she has no internet. I'll be on the road much of Wednesday, too.

Geez why so quiet peoples?

Also, you are free to come to your own conclusions about my post, but my being lazy has nothing to do with the game  It is simply a fact. I'm not going to retype a post to make the wierd formatting go away when I can just copy it.

I'm pretty much waiting until Dathe comes back with his actual reasoning on Despo, even though Despo isn't in this game any longer it will still be useful in terms of whether there was a good case against him, or where Darthe is being scummy.
