I sort of panicked there. Wasn't till I went down to dinner and was eating that I thought I recalled this being a game with edits allowed. But in mafia, I try to never edit, so that I will ebtter remember for the games when you can't. Which is most of them. If I didn't ban myself from doing it, I would forget, and get modkilled over and over.

One thing I'm having trouble figuring out is, how does town in one thread defend the scum in the other thread? Doesn't that endanger town when the threads are merged by keeping scum alive?

Well I'm delighted that you asked - always the clever one!

 

As it stands, the mafia team you are fighting is the one present on this thread. The one you are trying to defend so that you can win is on the other thread. With this many players, I figured it was only fair to let both sides have at one another for a bit. Then, when the population has, er, declined, I'll merge the threads and we'll finish up on thread 3. This way just has so much more killing...

 

A wise and studious player would keep track of both threads, though, as your nemesis may reveal themselves and you never know what you may learn.

 

For instance, until someone asks the question you did, they won't get this answer.

I think I understand. There are 2 teams. Each team has a set of town players and a set of scum players. This thread holds the javier scum team. The Fatima team needs to kill those pendejos off.

 

The other thread holds the Fatima scum team. They need to kill off the Javier town pendejos.

 

So basically to games that will merge into 1 at some point.
