I dunno what it is but Mouse Guard just hits a spot in me that makes me crazy excited for adventure

I wanna just grab a backpack and run off into the hills looking for something to fight with a wooden sword

I wont though because I have no interest in meeting any mountain lions tonight :(

I noticed you spammed the heck out of the first pokemon game ...

I'm noticing you spamming here

Redwall is about monastic/warrior/medieval mice and the Abbey of Redwall. I remember them being quite good stories.

I didn't get too far into it but Mouse Guard seems to be sort of like the Jedi of...Mouse World?

They're trying to keep all the other mice safe from bigger animals and stuff

But like there's a traitor or something and some stuff happens...

I didn't get too far into it but yeah they seems pretty similar

Whoa, but you finished the series right?

Series?

The Walking Dead

I'm up to date with the AMC TV show which is why I checked out the comics in the first place

In the comics I'm either somewhere IN season 3 of where the show will be or I'm slightly ahead of where season 3 will end

I haven't read in awhile so I don't remember

I can check though if you're curious to know exactly where I'm at

That's alright mate. The comics differ pretty heavily from the series though as far as I know. Some of the scenes that don't happen until much much later in the comic happen already in the second series so I think they're starting to make their own story.

Yeah it's a lot of cutting and pasting but AFAIK the stories aren't too drastically different so far

TBH I think the show does an excellent job of expanding on the characters in a way the comic couldn't

I've never played anything that required a 20 side dice. Unfortunately, where I come from, pre-potter readers of fantasy, or in fact readers of any kind, were classed as freaks during the days when i had any free time to be able to do this kind of thing.

Oh the title of that poem is, Sulottaret, what would that be, some very sweet maids, who perhaps entice; not the harpyiis evil intents. I must read more on this, but I think maids you might see walking through the woods. Probably it has mythologically a more exact meaning than a sweet maid.

25% scum is about standard, right? Maybe 5 non-town or something? Seems promising.

I usually do 25 or 30% so yeah 4 or 5 max should be about right

I guess I wasn't very clear with the edit and all. Deadline will be at 9 PM tonight CT. Which is a little over 8 hours from now.

As BG was pondering Rand's madness, he realized that it was in The Dragon Reborn that it really started to set in and make itself apparent. Whenever BG thought about the WoT series, he thought about it in terms of trilogies. You had the beginning trilogy that consisted of innocence and adventure as well as accepting who you really are... which compromised The Eye of The World, The Great Hunt, and concluded with The Dragon Reborn.

It was up until this book that BG never really liked Mat that much and identified with Perrin the most. He thought Perrin was awesome and cool, and liked the way he thought things through... in a way, Perrin reminded BG of himself a little, except Perrin was huge. Mat... he was a prankster and that didn't appeal to BG that much, but he started showing his responsible side finally after being rid of the Dagger and it made a difference in his character.

BG remembered reading this book and realized that this was the first book he had started taking notes of some kind in. He had a hard time remembering where everyone was... so he drew on the map on the inside cover so he could keep track of it all.

BG took the book with him to school as he read... but unfortunately *that day he had forgotten to zip up his backpack. The book must have fallen out somewhere, because it was lost forever.
