The bold part of this statement is meaningless. Strong lynch candidates usually don't get NK'ed. Anyone that has played 2+ games of mafia should know this by now.

 

I'm voting Christine because the only people that I've ever seen pull the old "give me one more day" routine to squeeze out another night action, have recruiting/converting ability... or NK ability. She also doesn't seem to care who we lynch instead of her, which gives me the impression she doesn't have many, or any, team mates.

Not sure I like the idea of leaving her alive another day, if she's cult or a recruiter (like Grandeal was) it gives her an extra conversion opportunity.

Hi guys (and ladies)... have been following this game very closely since it started so I won't need a lot of catchup time but I do want to go through my notes and try to examine some things in more detail.

Hrm, having myself and Song of Ice and Fire in this game might just be a li'l confusing, since everyone is used to calling her "Song" and then I just show up with a name that's easy to abbreviate to the same... At least add an "S" to mine for distinction I suppose.

 

And yes. DEEP END IT IS. But I am a huuuuge fan of the source material so at least I'll have that over my experience in Kae's game, and even the more experienced folks seem to be at a bit of a loss about the complexities of the game setup, so I won't be alone in being confused there.

Cat is killed at the Red Wedding. Beric Dondarrion for some reason or other (I never really understood it) can't be killed. He gave up his magic immortality to bring Cat back to life but being killed kind of pissed her off so now she's kind of just roaming the land looking to kill Lannisters. I believe she's hunting Jaime specifically iirc. This is what makes me think if she comes back to life she'll be some sort of lyncher. I don't think there's a high chance of it happening I just thought I'd mention it.

Intent to post tonight was optimistic... running out of steam, and I have to be up early for work tomorrow. Almost through my analysis, though, so when I get home tomorrow it should be just a matter of finding the relevant quotes and asking a few people questions for clarification.

 

I'm suspicious of a few people on the Christine lynch, and think the people who are fingering her as cult may be off base. I am, however, very curious about the consequences she indicated she and others would suffer if she revealed her role. Very curious indeed.

 

A few people I'd like to hear more from very soon: BG, Ishy, Amadine, Leelou.

The actually do find the meaning in the bold: christine revealed something very bad is gonna happen to her faction. Which could encourage all other factions (f.e. those not a house) to go after her.

 

Actually, I would have loved you having a real reason, as per amega's strange behaviour above. But, apart from this one, she also gives a perfect explanation herself.
