Faulty logic. I have seen scum watchers plenty of times. He may have the role he claims but still not be town.

And why would you expect a finder reveal so early? It's pretty easy to claim a strong role early in the game just because no ones going to want to reveal themselves and get targeted for an NK.

Please do, I think I might have surmised it as well but we need to keep the WIFOM's going.

 

As for Poet, there have been other things that have led me to believe that she is town, besides the fact that I'm wary of some of those that are pushing her lynch. The posts of hers that did ping me initially on reread actually seem innocuous, and some of the cases and points she has made have made a good amount of sense.

 

I realize that scum might be bussing her, but it kind of seems like too obvious of a move when it brings them more into the spotlight. I still wish we had time to look at more of the others I'm suspicious of, but for now I'll Vote Wombat.

Btw Locke, I am mainly discomfited by how much you are defending me. Sometimes scum do that to buddy up to a townie. Also it seems like people usually disagree with me so it always makes me wary when someone is on my side.

We have 19 hours until deadline by my count. That isn't much time, especially on the weekend, so I am going to reveal now. I am an Inventor. I can give players items that give one-shot abilities. Last night I targeted myself and got a bulletproof vest. Talya would not tell me if it has been used or not (I asked as soon as I saw that there was no kill). I will continue to target myself for now in the hopes of getting an investigation item. Please do not lynch me.

Locke, you have defended more people than just Wombat. You kind of defended me for instance, and also Poet and even Maw as well if I'm not mistaken. You did fling some FOS's earlier in the game, but lately you've focused on trying to bail others out.

Ninja'd by Wombat's post. Considering the theme of this game, Inventor does seem like a likely role to have, so I can only give Wombat the benefit of the doubt for now. I still don't think Poet is scum but can always vote to consolidate later if need be, for now I'm going to Vote Blackhoof.

So I was thinking of holding back, and hoping others would excuse my slightly shoddy play and not start jumping on my bandwagon, but I don't think this will be the case. Then I thought about breadcrumbing, but honestly I don't think there's enough time and I doubt that would even help me at this point. So I'll just come out and say it. I'm the Watcher. I can go into further detail about my role if anyone wants me to, but let's suffice it to say that I can be very useful to town

 

 

Oh there is a recent quote that says it is possible to be the watcher and not on the towns side. Is this correct/can I get more people to confirm this? I couldn't find the quote in my skim read but I have the feeling it was from Wombat....

Can you explain this a little more? last night you targeted yourself and thus gave yourself your invention which turned out to be a bulletproof vest. So at this moment you have a bulletproof vest. Can you still give it to another player? would you?

 

Like Des' Tracker claim, this is also a role that is not neccessarily town affiliated. you have claimed town and you have claimed Inventor. I am unsure of each of these claims. I will leave my vote and wait to hear more from others.

Hoof(or anyone else), how common is it that an inventor is allowed to keep their inventions? It was unclear in what I've read on the role. Also would the vest be for that night only? It just sounds odd to me.
