Kitchen sink?

I'm writing a new game and I can't decide between a game with less roles (easier to balance) or a kitchen sink game (where the balance may be off, but everyone gets a fun role.) What are you in the mood for?

I've never been in a kitchen sink game, and as vanilla is kinda meh, I would love a KS game.

Okay, I wrote a kitchen sink game that looks reasonably balanced. Now to come up with a theme to apply to it. That's the hardest part for me.

I'll take theme ideas, gladly, and no it won't stop anyone from being able to play. I want something vast like Disney, where there are lots of characters.

alice is a fairly limited cast IIRC

though I never read through the looking glass so I could be wrong...
