Sorry, well first of all, the british tomato sounds different as far as I know from the US one, though I must admit I don't so much know the southern tone. But I think the last T isn't hard there, as it is in Britain?

 

The other was the Elizabethan mafia, as far as I saw, the scheme I saw on second day wasn't full, wombat actually was the true healer, but I did get the no kill one first night mafia scheme to get the healer out, and I did notice Kivam setting up a follow up scheme on that. So there.

(And while I mentioned it, the Moro-Grischuk game really is interesting, tomorrow and Sunday, possible tiebreak monday, Grischuk with white will go for a draw I suspect, I don't know who has which colours this day, Moro will smartly go for a win in each game, Grischuk thinks he fairs better always in shorter time controls, though now Moro is not less than his equal in that. Moro is my chess favourite. At the same time, the 32 will be reduced to 16.) If someone wanted to know.

Oh I'll make it hurt more: anyone looking at them, and looking at this link, http://chess.ugrasport.com/, in ten minutes, or so, or later, should open a second window clickin the tab, computer analysis, there all games can be seen, since the commentators tend to go through them vewry quickly. These players are very good, so they generally find the best moves, but if there is a +/-1, one player is close to winning.

We got the serial killer, I would have preferred a mafia member, but I will take the good with what we got accomplished.

I'm actually happier that we found the SK. Now there is hopefully only 1 NK, and less chance for us to lose a power role. Also, SKs are hard to track because they don't play off of anybody, unlike mafia teammates. All in all, the best D1 we could have asked for, imo.

Serial Killer has a solo win condition Min, you know that. To suggest the SK knows who the scum are is really scummy, it feels like you are suggesting that we go back and investigate anyone Nolder may have appeared to support and/or distance from. FOS Min.

Depends on the mod. I have played a game where the serial killer knew who the mafia was. So, it just makes me wonder if Nolder knew or not. Just makes me discount everything he said all the more. Think I am scum all you like, but the fact that he could have known is something we don't know.

I think we need to take a deep look into Min, Ishy and GF.

 

I don't know about solid tangible evidence against Min. There have been some posts that are kinda vague and maybe contradictory, but when I read her posts my stomach kinda churns. So I think some pressure for more material from her is a great idea.

 

Ishy, asking for claim of any kind shoots you right to the top of my watch list. Especially when you ask for a claim from someone you've already fingered as fishy.

 

And GF, I haven't really seen anything from you that has contributed in any significant way. You have been making posts that say a lot of nothing. I don't have any other games that I've played with you to reference your game play, so maybe that's normal, but that kind of non-active activity always seems a little... not right, to me.

It looks like I was role-fishing, but I wasn't. In one post, GF was saying something about being vanilla mafia which he then corrected himself, saying he meant vanilla townie. I was just asking for a clarification. It wasn't until the next day that I saw that he was speaking about a previous game not this one. Chalk it up to my skimming, he and I had a pretty fast and furious back and forth going at that time. I'll be happy to claim laziness, but not scumminess. And you're right Amega, I have played enough games by now to know better.

 

And btw, I really have to stop drinking on Friday nights and thinking that that is a good time to get active. Looking back on some of those posts I made just makes me cringe. What makes sense to me after a half dozen shots looks like gibberish to me now.
