Cinderella smiled. Her masquerade ball was already a success. The ballroom was crowded with guests from all over the world. There were guests in funny looking costumes, there were guests with elegant costumes and expensive masks, there were guests that were so tiny that you had to watch out not to step on them and some guests that were huge. All seamed to enjoy her party. The food and refreshments were perfect and the orchestra played wonderful music. The only thing that irritated Cinderella was that she couldn´t find her prince. She had herself chosen his costume so she knew who to look for but he was nowhere to be found. Had he changed costume or was he late for the party? If that was true she would certainly not hold his hand tonight! A small man in a cow costume asked her to dance and she said yes. Even though the cow was a great dancer she couldn´t help but looking for the prince. As soon as the dance was over she rushed up the stairs and went to his bedroom. She knocked at the door. No one answered so she opened it.

 

She couldn´t believe her eyes. A woman was lying on the prince´s bed. Cinderella ran over to the bed and ripped away the woman´s mask. It was Tiana, her friend from New Orleans.

 

- What does this means, she cried.

 

Tiana didn´t answer. She just stared at the ceiling.

 

- Answer me!

 

She was just going to shake her friend and force her to answer when she saw it. Blood was all over the carpet and it was clear that Tiana couldn´t answer. She was dead!

 

Cinderella started to scream and run down the stairs.

 

- She is dead, she shouted. She is dead.

 

People gathered around her and one of the guests immediately ordered someone to lock all the doors. There had been a murder in the castle and most probably one of the guests had done it. All started to watch each other with suspicious and frightened eyes. Maybe this wasn´t going to be a great ball after all…

 

 

 

 

Rules

 

1. I want lots of activity. You have to post at least one game related post every game day. If you don´t do that you will be mod killed and your teammates will hate you. Short LOAs are okay if you tell me in advance.

2. No editing.

3. Do not discuss this game outside the thread if you haven´t been given a QT board.

4. Don´t quote my PMs.

5. Days are 72 hours and nights are 48 hours or when all night actions are received.

6. Day one will last longer.

7. This is a hammer game. Day end when a majority is reached. Any votes after the hammer vote will not count. If a majority is not reached by deadline there will be a random mod kill.

8. You get one “Oh no, I died “post after death. Do not reveal any information.

9. Votes and unvotes must be bolded and colored red.

10. Mafia is a cruel game but remember not to take anything personally. It´s just a game. That doesn´t mean you should insult people. If someone has any complaints come to me.

11. I´m Mod Goddess. My word is law. I will probably make lots of mistakes since this is my first game but just pretend that I know what I´m doing. If you have any questions just ask.

12. Since people have asked - yes, you are allowed to reveal name and role.

Nol.. I know that Soy Boyo's power is out. He is one of the big Wolfkin, where I am on the council. This is also the first Mafia game I have played with him. Am I not allowed to have my Day 1 joke vote on someone that I know but have never played Mafia with before?

Well I have power and internet back, but am still dealing with downed/damaged trees, sadly may loose about 50% of the trees in my yard including what is at least a 70 year old maple which I loved. So I'm going to be trying to check the boards when I can but may not be able to post much till the end of this week/early next.
