Hurry up scum! Night is taking forever.

As night falls, Princess Ellimere pushes on through the darkness.  The Royal Guards with her, determined to protect her from any and all harm night in the Old Kingdom can present, ask her to stop so they can make a camp for the night.  Up till this point, the journey back from Nestowe has been spent traveling in broadest daylight only, stopping well before sunset whenever an inn presented itself and with diamonds of protection cast regardless of whether they slept indoors or out.

 

But so close to Belisaere, with the walls in sight, Ellimere is impatient to reach her home once more and will stop for nothing.  Reluctantly the group presses on, with the Guards doubly alert and watchful.  An unspoken fear runs through them; in this day, night is not a safe place to be out in.

 

They are just outside Belisaere when something comes upon them, taking them by surprise in the darkness.  Before the Guards can react, the thing takes the life of one Guard and dives at Ellimere.  The Guards drive it back but not before they realize there is more where it came from…  Many of them are Battle Mages, and Ellimere herself is a Charter Mage, but in the dark and through surprise, the small group is overwhelmed quickly and Ellimere is soon left dead, to be fed upon by the Dead Hands in the night.

 

Alanna, Ellimere, Vanilla Citizen, has been killed.

 

It is now Day 4.  You have until Thursday, February 11th at 9:30 PM Central time.

talya, i wasn't on all weekand ... i explained this earlier.  it was my 8 yr anny weekand with bubba and also threw a superbowl party.  i was on breifly friday but not even long enough to read threads because something came up, and wasn't on at all sat or sunday.  so i didn't get the chance to vote for pete.

it was day one.  Ed knew better than the other two who were spamming as he had been told about such things before.  i explained why i voted for him, because having to read through 5 pages of nonsense when you're in 6 games just urks a non-morning persons nerves.

 

a vote on a spammer is better than a random.org vote on the first day, especially sicne spamming is often a tool the mafia uses when its night IRL to further the page count.  i just wanted to nip it in the bud before this game grew to 40 pages (most of which would probably have been spam) before day 1 ended.  alot of people agreed with this, so i don't see how me alone is scummy

this is true, i've said this in multiple games.  other players feel the same about pete as well.  i give him the benifit of the doubt due to metagamming.  because i tried to lead a lynch on him in my first game (Charmed Game) even though he was all but a confirmed innocent.  there have also been other games since then where he has seemed scummy to me, yet turned up innocent (Seanchan mafia)

alot of people thanked the mafia for getting the cult leader.  its actually a plus for the town.

 

again just pointing out the obvious.  pete had yet to act scummy to me, and even talya said after that that no she didn't have anything else to go on.  it wasn't until the next night that she veiwed him and came up with a scum reading.

 

i don't like to use metagamming as a soul reason to vote for people (honeslty i feel using mettagaming to lead a lynch on someone is like attacking their playing style, everyone can't be Mafia all the time and eventually using mettagamming will come back to bite you in the rear).  other wise Wombat i'd be voting for you in every game first off because you always seem scummy to me as well.

i was telling him congrads for the wedding and the baby.  so me congradulating a friend of mine on here for stuff going on IRL is a scummy move  ::)

 

 

this was before talya revealed she was the finder and had veiwed pete, her goign after pete seemed more like mettagaming than using actual game related stuff and again, i dont agree with that.

 

had i been on to vote after she revealed i would have voted for him in a heart beat.

All that could be a reasonable excuse for an Innocent Red, but I'm still inclined to believe a supporter of a mafia through most of the game to be mafia.  It may be coincidence, but I have nothing close this good to go off of so my vote stands.
