*smacks forehead* I knew that, too!  :D Bah, today has been a foggy day brainwise for me. ::) :D

Ed, way to completely twist my words to get something out of them I wasn't saying. ::) There are a lot of new players here, so I figured a word of advice that was on my mind at the moment would be helpful, especially since it was something I know I would've liked to learn sooner than I did.

I only used Pete as an example because people have been going on about him; I know another game with a lot of you guys just got over, so that's what's fresh in your minds, I get that.

I just meant that we shouldn't exalt the players with the reputations and the experience; their reputations are often well-deserved but that doesn't make them gods; they're still just players.  That's all I was saying.

Probably should just not talk, if everything I say is going to be butchered so badly. ::)

Well if Meesh wasn't saying it then I am.  In fact I'll go further.  In Mafia, Don't trust anyone.  Ever.

Ha, yeah, I wasn't saying THAT because THAT should be a given. :P  I guess I didn't even think about the fact that some people might not know that you don't trust anyone in Mafia, at all, not totally.  Be suspicious of everyone. :D

You can't 100 percent even trust uncontested, confirmed finders.  NO ONE!!!

And Meesh is right.  I've bested more experienced players than me and you all that are new can easily best me.  Hands down.  I've seen brand new players anhialate old hands at the game.  I've seen several newer players that scare me with how great they play.  Verbal swears I'm his mentor in this game but I swear he has surpassed me and then some.  Everyone can still learn something from everyone else.

Ed...do you just start typing whatever you're thinking, and refuse to hit the backspace button? Like asking a question and answering it yourself - did you need to share that? Lol I think you're a spam addict. It's time you admitted you have a problem, it's the first step to recovery!
