I agree with Torrie that to begin with, those that are contributing aren't really helping moving the game along.

 

Each Ajah is a cult, so I can't see there being another in bedded as well. I took Dragons answer about it as that he didn't do that, but he wouldn't confirm that there wasn't a Black Ajah, which makes me believe they are the 8th one and they are going to have the same powers (or lack) as everyone else to start. As everyone earns points I would say there isn't extra cult out there already with the ability to recruit otherwise it would be very unfair to the rest of us!

If your going to vote for all the inactive people its also means your leaving the point earners in the game still, which is a bigger threat to our respective Ajahs.

I would think the points would just disappear with the Ajah.

 

The trouble is with going after the big earners is that the points are still there, and it seems to me that the big earners are not the same each time. Meesh was last time, but Myst who was top first time didn't get any. So it gets hard to do that. If it keeps changing then it would be hard to tell who is really the highest point earners. It doesn't seem to go on most posts, I think it has more to do with content of the posts.

Pete keeps saying that you get more point for post that he "Ejoys" so I am thinking that the closer you get to ending the game the more points you get. I have been looking over all the high posters but have not come up with a lot. **shrug**

Hehe! I think that's a brilliant idea.

 

To address Luddy again (b/c I missed 5 pages just from being at work today! *facepalm* - I dont think it's "random" at all to just vote for someone who's not in your Ajah. I've seen mafia games go really quickly just by virtue of the players agreeing that they would go down the suspect list one by one til they caught someone. Usually once they narrow the list down, they can use different strategies. And just so you know -- even the first person on the list to be lynched agrees on this and votes for HIMSELF just b/c he knows it's for the good of the Town. It's a totally acceptable way to vote.

 

And one more thing on the topic of the Black Ajah -- It would be extremely confusing to have an Ajah member (say Yellow) that's also a cult (allegedly Black), b/c it would put their fellow Ajah members in a position where they'd have to vote for their own teammate and weaken their Ajah. That said, I wouldnt put it past Gypsy to do it anyway!  ;) But, I'm just saying it makes things harder.

We're already talking about who to lynch tomorrow?  That's good.  It allows us to coordinate who we're going to vote for and possibly get a lynch depending on how everything goes.  I'm hoping that we can agree on someone this time.

 

I definitely feel that adding a dual loyalty to an Ajah and to a seperate cult would greatly complicate matters in this game.  That's why we need to figure out if there is a Black Ajah as soon as possible.
