14 alive does mean 7 to lynch but Day has dragged on long enough....

 

The volunteers continued to search through rooms to find some sort of clue as to who was behind the killings.  They were hoping and praying for something to help them along before more innocent people were killed... and they got their wish.  As Leelou, Tigs, and Jelly searched the red quarters they found something suspicious in Nephi's room.  Namely.. a ring that Naeann had given to Chilli when they bonded.  Leelou saw it and gasped. "I know this ring!  Nae has one just like it... so does Vemy and Chilli.  They are the only three of it's kind because she had them specially made.  I believe we found another one of our killers!"  The excitement drew more of the volunteers to Nephi's room.  When Vemy saw the ring he knew what Nephi had done and he grabbed his sword and ran her thru with it.

 

 

Nephi, a member of the mafia, is dead.  It is now night.. please send in your actions asap... night will end when I get them or in 48 hours.  Whichever comes first.

Players:

Barm- could be evil, could be innocent. To be honest i underplayed how suspicious i thought he was because i wanted to lynch nephy^^. Nephys last ditch attempt at a lynch could have been an attempt to make his name clear though. I think he might be innocent though. But with barm i can never tell.

Leelou- i think shes innocent. otherwise she would have voted dae back on day 2

Alys- no idea. I doubt she'd attract attention to herself by so blatantly not voting nephy if she were mafia.

Tigara- did he even post today?

Jelly- same as tig

Moggy- got nothing^^

el nyn- pressed the me vote. could have been her honest opinion though.

Vemy- ok...can we settle the fact that im innocent now? stop tryign to kill me damn it. if you want the finder can view me (though i'll likely die tonight anyways)

Dae- likely the healer at this point

Luthine- ???

Verbal- seemed to support me right from the get go...when no one else did? mafia trying to play it safe?

Danya- ???

Excellent!!  And Vemy, I sided with you from the start because I agreed with your thoughts.  Granted, you could be spinning a wonderful little story here, but until I see something that makes me think differently, I will take your opinions seriously in my own thought process.

 

It is a mafia ploy to clear yourself of attention by sacrificing one of your own.  I'm not saying you are doing this, but I want everybody to keep things like this in mind.  :)

Day breaks in the White Tower and everyone peeks out of their room in anxious fear, hoping that everyone managed to survive the night this time.  They all gather at their meeting place to break into groups to start today's searching.  Alys looks around and says "Isn't someone missing?"  Verbal speculates and says, "Hmm, yes, I haven't seen Luth this morning."

 

The group decides to go look for her and after four hours they decide she is nowhere to be found.  They check her room one last time to see if there are any clues as to where she went and they find a list with everyone's names on it and some are checked off as OK.  Jelly gasps and says, "Luth was our investigator!"

 

 

Luthine, the finder, is dead.  It is now day and since it is the weekend day will end tuesday night central time.  With 12 alive it takes 7 to lynch.

Lol Loki... are you trying to get around Boyo's "friendly" reminder to not post to games you've died in?  Since, technically... you didn't die in this one? BTW.. I'm the mod and I don't care... you aren't hurting anything with your two or three posts you've done.

i just glowed all the deads. i needed a refresh on who was alive and playing.

 

i have no evidential idea, and i've been wrong twice in a row based on my normal playing strategies... i hate not helping though.

Ok, I've re-read the last handful of pages, and this is what I'm coming up with.  I'm not going to bother stating names that I either think are innocent or I have no info on (although I will state for the record that I think Barms and Dae are innocent, and I'm leaning that way for Vemy....somewhat)

 

My main 2 people I'm suspicious of:

 

el nyn - her statement that Nephi being inactive seems genuine and won't vote for her is pretty flimsy.  And she promptly voted Vemy, who called out Nephi.  Either symp or mafia.

 

leelou - also quickly voted away from Nephi once Vemy called her out.....now I know she didn't vote for Dae, but that could also be her not wanting to make a mistake that could be held against her later....so I still suspect her...

 

I can't say much for the inactives, but I'd be willing to bet one of them is either our low-laying mafia or an assassin.  I think one (or both) of the above, along with a low-layer, is what we are looking for.
