That sounds valid. I guess the only thing is that the leader would have to be confirmed, which is going to be a bit difficult this game. Good thinking though.

ok if your dead and a spirit you can vote based on knowledge you took to the afterlife, and if you are a stump you can still lend that knowledge to the thread further helping town make good decisions.

Either works to help town.

At the very least, I think it's valid to want dead town folk to continue to vote purely to maintain town voting pool (though the ones who come back chatting obviously have their chance to explain why).

 

Also - less people talking means more spotlight per person. And less rereading. Win win.

On the accent note, I'm originally from Southern California (not the valley) so my accent is standard American (like on TV). However, since moving to Yorkshire (Sean Bean) a lot of people say I sound Canadian. Maybe they are trying to be polite.

In the sense that we know they aren't misleading.  Still doesn't mean they know who wolves are anymore than the rest of us...unless they had an action which told them.

Agreed.  A vote can be beneficial unless you received important results from a NA, then I think it would take precedence

I think if the mafia in question is good at directing a crowd, maintaining a voice might be more powerful than keeping a single vote.

 

But the same could be said for a dead townie so I guess I'm just running in circles here.

 

I think the temptation to stay more present in the game via chatting would be moreso for me if I was playing mafia.

Can we please NOT try and use mechanics to determine who is Town and who is Mafia. There's so much going on and roles being passed around that really we should be going back to basics and just playing pure 'people' mafia.

 

And I don't mean that garbage Bob is always Mafia stuff either.
