Technically MYLO (mislynch & lose) but same thing. It’s end game because there is no Doc to save anyone and starting D3 it will be 4 town vs 2 scum.

 

its pretty much always Hallia(Dice) & Ironeyes. That EOD voting was pretty blatant, but either way it’s a bad idea to snap vote anyone because if you put the wrong person in hammer range the scum can sweep in and end it.

More or less where I'm at.  I was thinking that Iron would have looked damn good going offwagon to Nyn if Dice was mafia, since Mafia!Iron could have easily voted Hallia there to protect Dice, but obviously that didn't happen.  I don't know that Iron would have anticipated Kat voting Hallia enough to preemptively put a defensive vote on her, but I really want to know exactly what it was that made him confident enough on her to warrant protection.

 

I get the concept.  I don't get it in this specific case.  @Ironeyes

In a world where Ironeyes is scum, it makes sense that both Hallia & BFG voted different wagons D1.

 

Makes a convenient narrative to ignore the late vote on Nyn from BFG by calling it wifom. If Hallia ends up being scum then there’s no question of Nyn’s innocence at that point.

 

He also basically said not to give him the God-staff, which there’s only one alignment who for sure wouldn’t want it. It was presented logically but in the end the motive is the same.

That wasn't actually intended to be a protective vote,  but I didn't have the vote count right in my head until afterward. I thought I was tiebreaking. I already explained my reasoning for that, since I had Hallia as a higher read than Dice.

So you're saying I'm teamed with Hallia, hence my ironclad (pun ABSOLUTELY intended ?) defense? I totally get that, it makes sense from your perspective. I also think we're getting skunked because I made a fatal mistake by putting myself in a position to be the final mislynch. From my position, these are the possibilities (in order of likelihood): 

 

1) My read on Hallia is right, and the final scum are Nyn and Wifi. Nyn peaced out after placing her vote on a likely mislynch, and Wifi stuck around to defend herself and make sure we didn't CFD onto her. 

2 & 3) My read on Hallia is wrong, and Wifi or Nyn is her partner. The answer here may depend on whether Hally would just ditch the thread while under threat of being lynched, but I don't think I can evaluate that. 

4) You or Clov is deepwolfing me and we're totally about to lose this game. I seriously doubt that's the case.

He isn't the only player who's said that, Wifi's been hinting at it all game too. Don't give his words special sanctity because he's dead (ish? Reincarnated?).

I didn't tell Kat not to give me the Deity role. I told her that I was on the list of players who were the best options. I can find a quote if I just remember the right wording to search

You know what, I'm partially wrong. I did tell Kat to send the role somewhere else, some time after I initially included myself on the list of choices. I had gotten to be mostly town read, so I thought I had disqualified myself under the same criteria I had used to argue that Clov and Tripped shouldn't be given the role.

I feel really good about AJ and Clov. 

Hallia and Dice I thought looked good yesterday, but they aren't as high up on my list as AJ/Chris. These two will be the ones I pay the most attention to when I get the chance to reread. 

Wifi and Nyn were on my POE yesterday, and the only way I think that changes is if they look really towny going forward.

Man these read hella clean even now. The logic is definitely there with the explanation as for why he shouldn’t receive the God-staff, I’ll admit.

 

I think the first post is the important one to consider. Again, it makes *sense* but if Marsh is scum then ignoring things that would take Nyn out of the suspect pile is not in his best interest. Which returns me to my point before where if Hallia ends up being scum then Nyn should be cleared outright for being wagoned by scum D1 and then sitting on scum all of D2.
