If you get a 11 player game I have a cool open setup for you if you want it.

 

3 mafia goons.

7 vanilla town.

1 town lynchproof, 2x BPV innocent child (announced at gamestart).

 

Day start.

Came up with it during the last game.  Like I said though, no pressure to use that.

this isn't much different from a 8v3 mountainous when 12v3 mountainous is mafia sided on most sites (probably ok on sites with strong meta reads) - basically the IC isn't dying, but that comes down to the strength of that player,  there are a handful of players that could wreck mafia with that role, but that's the strength of the player not the balance of the game

 

Given the DM site is pretty anti town at the moment (in terms of lack of ISOs/post counts/etc) I would feel bad for that town

True it puts a lot one the one player and that can swing the game but balance is balance, I'd not shift a setup based on how the site performs.

That said, I see where you're coming from.  Instead play with it some and see what else pops up.
